Hello everyone. I have been enjoying my provari for a couple months now. Still working like the first day I got it but I need a little help. I am not very mechanically inclined and I need a little help with the threads. What kind of goop do I need to get to put on the threads? It came with something on it that made the end cap screw on silky smooth. Lately, however, it almost feels grainy when I screw on the cap. I think I need to clean the threads (what should I use) and re-goop it with whatever stuff I need to go buy from the hardware store. Just looking for a little direction. I dont want to damage the threads in any way. I apprecate the help!

I have read on the ECF that other people are using Noalox Anti-Oxidant Compound on the threads of their Mods.

I would check with ProVape to make sure on what is best to use on the ProVari threads.

Hopefully someone from ProVape can chime in to verify the best method of maintaining the threads on the ProVari.

Yep, Noalox is the stuff you need. I use it on all SS and aluminum threads.

First, clean the threads on your ProVari with a napkin or a paper towel. Then apply a small dab on Noalox on the threads and screw the cap on and off a couple of times to spread it evenly. Just remember that you don't need a lot. A little bit of Noalox goes a long way. Btw, you can pick it up at Lowe's or Home Depot.

Here is a simple how-to video:
