Threads on K100 a little too loose?

Has anyone else experienced this with their K100?
They thread on and off fine, but I feel like there is too much play. Such as when I have it in 18650 mode, it looks like the top part is tilted a bit with the angle of the spring... :shrug:

So has anybody used any sort of thread tape or other type thing to "tighten" the threads up a bit?

Or any other suggestions?

i had that problem once and just took it apart and back together and all was right again(making sure everything is even).if that doesn't work you could use some dental floss to tighten it up.

I own a K100 and the threads are like that, but my threads also got messed up. I had a bad bottom cap on my Protank 2 that messed up my K100's 510 threading and now my new Protank 2 base doesn't thread properly. It will be tight with a gap, but the slightest bump and it just comes off. I haven't been bringing it with me when I go out as of late because I can't reliably put it in my pocket anymore.

Yea my Igo_L clone from fasttech had some bad threads (not surprising), it won't thread properly to my k100 anymore, just spins and spins, but threads onto my ego batteries just fine though, oddly. My protank 2 and everything else thread fine onto my k100 too, so I don't know. The k100 threads must just be a little wider or something.
