That's not anywhere near enough fluids for a day. No wonder your coughing, your dehydrated mate.
Sorry, I'm not dehydrated, or coughing.
I should add that I'm wheelchair bound, and put out about 750 mls per day.
Trust me when I say my urologist is cool with the # s

Btw you don't really want to know how I knew my output!

I know how.

There's little lines on that thing. ;)

I wish I didn't know though. [emoji38]

Sorry to hear what you're going through. Stick with what works to keep you good with your checkups.

Granted, I'm in a different circumstance, but if my day starts without 3, preferably 4 cups of coffee, you will not enjoy my company that morning.

That was a pretty dramatic change for me - when I stopped smoking and started vaping, I stopped clearing my throat - it was little unconscious coughs, all the time...and then it just stopped...

Not sure what yours could be - but SOME kind of irritation.
I'd experiment with more and less PG and VG, with different flavors, and with different TEMPS - a cooler vape or warmer, etc...

Hello.

I have a constant problem with throat clearing (but no phlegm of any kind) and it's really bothering me.

What are the reasons for that?

Is there any science explanation for that phenomenon?

Is it harmful?

How to reduce it?

What is your experience with it?

Thank you.

I can feel a little bit.
Let's just say it's taken a few months to get the technique and proper stuff.
Oh, I'm sure.

Used to be if a patient had no feeling they weren't allowed to self administer at all for fear of the damage they could cause.

Dunno of that's still true with newer gear.

Yeah, I know I'm one of the lucky ones who found the proper gear!
As my neurologist says "we've come a long way, baby! On gear"

Used to be PG was the first cause of everything.

Now with higher power and better wicking being the norm, VG seems the go to.

I can only say what is was/is for me. When I go up to 50% or more VG My throat feels kinda clogged and it seems to effect my breathing. If I keep the VG at about 40% or less I don't experience those little problems. Still not anywhere near as bad as smoking was though so all is good.

I do agree that is does seem like PG used to be blamed for most problems :D
