Is selling/shipping alcohol across state lines even legal? I know some states do NOT allow that. (not to mention selling to anyone 18y.o., or with access to a credit card!)

To me that's just asking for trouble. Besides, it's easy enough to buy a bottle locally, fill a 3ml dropper bottle, and invite some friends over if you need help finishing off the rest!

If you label it as something different and it's intended for something other than consumption... Don't see why you can't.

Because, just because the label is changed doesn't change the contents? Besides, most states (all that I'm aware of) require a license to sell alcohol. The process to get said license is pretty intensive and expensive, and hardly worth a vaping company to bother to get.

i think it might be legal. tons of things contain alcohol, like mouthwash, but its not used for getting drunk (unless youre Kitty Dukakis). same type of thing going on here. its booze, but its not used for getting drunk. not to mention its 3mL. even though its 100% grain alcohol, youd still need much more than 3mL to get drunk.

ive heard of adding vodka for more TH, so this seems feasable. for those interested in other additives, including a different one for added TH, check out NuVapor. theyve got a capsicum blend (think hot peppers) adn soem other wacky add-ins. ive never tried any, but im interested.
Nu-Juice Liquid Refill

also, there was another vendor (TheVaporPro) that used to sell a product called Throat Hit Plus. but i cant find it on the website anymore. one ECF member described it as a gaggy TH, not a true TH. maybe selling 3mL bottles of grain is not legal and maybe Throat Hit Plus was grain alc and they had to pull it. its a stretch, but its possible. then again, maybe nobody bought it. judging by how many people know about it...thats likely as well.

Cool business opportunity...buy $5 bottle,split it in 3mml bottles worth $0.10 each,sell for $3....profit.

LOL, but probably not worth ATF knocking on the door for $3 per bottle! (as an ecig company, IMHO, there's already enough issues that adding alcohol distribution probably isn't the bestest idea)

Im sure everclear is cheaper than a dollar a mill....but hard to get I guess too.
havent bought everclear in 20 years(teenager lol). Cant even remember how much the stuff cost. I live right on the border of two states, one is legal and the other is not legal. been looking into buying some anyways since i just started DIYing because it looks like a lot of receipes call for PGA to cut down the VG. but yea it would definately be a killing putting it in 3ml bottles and selling for 3 bucks a peice and putting "throat hit" on the label.

So I wonder what ratio it would be for adding vodka or everclear to a juice to up the TH? Which would be best? I do have some vodka I got to clean atomizers. Maybe some more DIY'ers will chime in.

Also is it safe in inhale alcohol?
I think its used in a lot of juices right now. mainly to thin out VG and add TH to it. Havent tried putting it in any of my mixes yet but i wouldnt be suprised that we havent inhaled some from some vendors juices sounds pretty common in the diy threads. I was told to add anywhere between 5 and 10 percent to my VG to thin it down.
