I guess after vaping today, I sorta can figure out the difference. Thing is, when I smoked analogues, I typically got quite a nice lung hit, and now I'm just getting a nice throat hit with my 510 and the carts that came with it (got liquid on the way).

Just a couple questions:

If I want to get a better lung hit, is there a certain technique that I should be using? Are some liquids better than others at giving me the lung hit feel? Or is the 510 not really a lung hit adept PV?

Edit: PS. The vapor this thing gives me is pretty surprising - definitely happy with it!

thx much.

Carts that come with the 510 are generally of medium strength (16-18mg). Throat hit, lung hit, sinus hit, etc etc all are centered around nicotine concentration in your ejuice.

Some posters say to start low and then move up. If you were a heavy smoker, then I recommend exactly the opposite. Start with 36mg and move down if it's too rich in nicotine. I never would have been able to quit smoking if it weren't for 36mg strength. Nothing else satisfies my nic cravings.

Some posters here change their nic strengths thoughout the day. Higher nic content in the mornings, and lower nic content when they just want to relax and vape for a couple hours in the evening.

It boils down to whatever floats your boat. Just remember...it's YOUR boat. Do what your body tells you to do.

I'm not sure that there's a sure-fire way to increase "lung hit" except by thickening the vapor. I have used 36mg juice got to about 12mg with USP glycerin and gotten a very heavy, full vapor out of my PV's.

Now I want to find some 48mg juice and cut it to 18-20mg so I can get the body AND the fix.

The hunt begins!
