Does anyone else get this weird throw up feeling after a session of vaping when you get up? I do sometimes and i don't know why. Its happened quite a few times now, the last time it happened I went to have a vape before my Karate training (I was ready and everything) then i felt like I was going to throw up and if i move too fast i probably would have.

Any ideas?

I also think it might be too much nicotine, too fast. It's an easy one to test out. Stay aware of how much you're vaping and the next time it happens vape less for a while and see how it goes.

Have you considered not getting up?

Some may blame this on vaping. I certainly won't. This is all about getting up and physical activity and all that fancy stuff. Ask yourself this: If you never got up in the first place, how could you possibly fall down? Getting up is just setting yourself up for failure. Stay grounded!

This many people can't be wrong. So sorry you are having this problem. Cut back and see if that is it and let us know how you are doing. I vape 24mg and I have never had that feeling thank goodness, so I am not much help. But I bet I would be sick if I was getting ready to go to Karate training. Sick from laughing, not vaping.

I am not a doctor nor do I play one here on ECF but,,, a couple of signs of nicotine overdose or poisoning, is nausea, hiccups, head aches and increased salivation. I have found the quickest way to relieve symptoms of these effects is to put sugars on your tongue and let it dissolve. No sugar? A candy bar or a sweetened drink may also help.

This info is coming from someone who smoked strong cigars, cigarettes, chewed and dipped tobacco, sometimes all or most at the same time!
