I'm a brand new vaper, and after some research into what would be a good way to start, ordered the eGo-T starter kit from Steve at BetterVapes.com a week or two ago.

The first sign of a good vendor is the speed at which they fulfill the order. I ordered the kit (along with a 30ml bottle of Spearmint e-juice) on a Sunday evening, and it arrived in the mail the following Wednesday. Blazing fast service.

The second sign of a good vendor is what happens if something goes wrong. Two days after I got the kit, I was reading on how it's a good idea to clean new clearomizers before use. So after looking at some videos on YouTube on how to do it (removing the glass/plastic tank from the base by tugging on it), I gave it a shot. It was being stubborn and I ended up pulling the battery apart instead. Yea, I know....I know better now. When time comes, I'll probably reorder the newer CE5 ones with the replaceable atomizer head.

Was the battery weak? Maybe. Did I use the wrong method of cleaning the clearomizer? Probably. I wrote Steve and told him what happened, and he sent a new battery out without hesitation. He just said, to paraphrase, "hey, I've been there too". Really nice guy and went the extra mile in doing something that he probably didn't have to do. He also welcomed comments, both good and bad, in an effort to make his business better.
