I needed to make a return and get a replacement part...
So, here is what poor Steve and Joanna had to deal with:

#1. I filled out the contact form on their website. I did not log-in to my account and fill out the return form.
#2. I got impatient and emailed them. When I sent the email, I mis-titled the email. I titled it, "bad threads on atomizer", not what I should have titled it, "bad threads on battery". However, I did describe that it was the battery with the problem.
#3. A total 7 emails  were exchanged
#4. I got my new order, the correct part (a battery), and a free bottle of juice!

I could explain why I was distract, but it is better to focus on how Steve and Joanna really read their e-mails and how much time just one distracted customer can take up. Additionally, they sent out the replacement before getting the defective one back.

Now, dare I send an 8th email and ask if I should wait until they post their new address to return the mis-threaded battery?

I recently had to obtain a new battery for a 901 I ordered right before their big move. Joanna sent me a new one and mentioned to just hold on to the old one for the time being, e-mail them around the 20th to ask for their new address, and then send it back to them via snail mail.

Just set yourself a reminder on your calendar on or around the 20th of this month to obtain their mailing address. I hope this helps. :)

And I gotta agree - they are top-notch when it comes to customer service. :D

Yep, that's what I'm gonna do. Wait until the 20th and then send to where ever they post as an address. Good idea about setting a calander alarm.

The service from Steve, Joanna, and Daniel is top-notch. If every business operated like these guys, we wouldn't be in such a crappy economy. Regardless, I'd be surprised if they didn't setup their forwarding address with the post office on their existing P.O. Box , but it never hurts to ask.

I think post office forwarding only works with regular first class mail and magazines.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

While waiting for your store to move and March 20th to arrive, I showed my hubby the battery and he said when the threads stick and I'm unable to screw it further, to back-off a tad / unscrew it a tad and then go forward.... Low and behold his suggestion worked. Can I just re-purchase it from you via a paypal transfer for the cost of the battery? (I haven't used it; I've kept it in bubble wrap with the info taped to the outside so except for being charged-up it is brand new) Please advise me if you need it back or if I can make good on the replacement you sent me with the paypal transfer for the cost of a battery.

Also, thank you for the PinaColada juice... I'd like to order about a gallon. It is so good!!!
