• Need help from former MFS (MyFreedomSmokes) customers

    Has any found a supplier or company that has tobacco e-juice like or very similar to MFS Turbosmog, Tall Paul, or Red Luck?

I just placed an order with them. The guy who runs it is named Ali. I had a problem with the payment system and corresponded with him. He is a great guy and extremely helpful. Thumbs up on the customer service. I haven't received the juice yet, so I will report back when I get it and vape it. He is located in Baltimore so my vapemail should be here Friday maybe Sat.

I just discovered a company called "Thundervapes" via Facebook. Has anyone here used them? If so, how is their product quality and overall customer service? I am considering using them as a place to order e-liquids from, their selection and prices seem to be pretty good.

My girlfriend and I have ordered from Ali twice on separate orders. The first time, we only ordered juice and did receive the first order of juices after about 9 days. The second order never came and we had ordered some hardware with juices. We have tried and tried to reach Ali via email (since his number goes to voicemail and the mailbox is full) but he will not answer our emails any longer. I would not order from Thunder-Vapes at all if I were you.
 
Do NOT go through Thundervapes-- the evidence is all over the web. This guy is a SCAM. Plus, he recently deleted the company's Facebook page. A lot of people have paid him and received no product whatsoever. Spread the word!!

His Facebook page was up until a this past week and then he removed it. He did send our first order but then after that one, when we placed a larger order, he scammed us and didn't send it. He replied to a couple of emails saying there was an issue with one of his employees that he has since straightened out but now he still won't reply to his emails. I'm going to report him to the BBB of Maryland since that is where he is supposed to live. I will also continue posting in all forums and will contact PayPal.

Great info folks! Thank you. I was just about to go visit his site and look around. Way too many businesses going under and leaving people hanging. As I have mentioned previously, we are left holding the bag on $11K of receivables from a local freight broker that just closed his doors. I am so cautious and was still bitten. You know what is really hard? Knowing how close this guy is and not going to visit him. I just won't do that cause I am afeerd the confrontation could get physical so I turned it over to a great recovery company and I wrote it off until we see something.

Anyway, I know we are not talking about $11K here, but even $11.00 is too much to be scammed out of...hard earned money and all that. If this guy is trying to be legit at all he will respond to a negative posting in the suppliers threads and make good on these orders. I wonder what the ECF approval process is to become an approved vendor. Anyone know? I am aware that they cannot be blamed when someone who has been a good supplier just goes bad. Make sure they know about this so they can take appropriate actions here on the forum.
 
I'm afraid I'm one that has been bitten by this snake. I'm new on the forum, so could somebody please let me know how to report this to the ECF people in charge of this sort of thing (great sentence structure). I read in the new member forum rules under ECF Supplier Rules - rule 27. That applies to me and probably a whole lot of other people. I ordered on July 2, the only thing I've received is excuses. He no longer responds to email and has taken down his Facebook page. I too have a PayPal claim against him.

"
I will give the benefit of the doubt for a little while longer as he promised to make good on my order.

I was in the same boat along with other fellow vapors of not receiving nothing from Thundervapes (Ali), and someone posted a youtube clip as well. I say shop around for other reliable vendors.

I too ordered 3 months ago.
Still waiting for 1/2 my order and it took over 3 weeks the get the 1st part.
We are talking a 40.00 order. Not big.
Nothing but excuses and now no contact.
I gave up a while ago. I didn't think to say anything, I thought it was just me.
Run fast!!
