@Yaya

Sounds like the wires are shorting against each other. when you run two wires touching each other you need to pulse them to cause oxidisation on the wire so they don't short.

Pulsing coils is frowned upon around here I think, and could maybe take away the springiness of the spring too.

If you are looking for a lower resistance, just stretch the spring a bit maybe?

Yessssssss.

I applied the modification suggested in your video, Imeo - it works.
We didn't really have the right oring , ours were either too small (---> short obviously) or too thick. We went for the thicker one and cut it to be able to push it inside the base, like this:

Hey, it works! :)

The pin now sticks a lot from the bottom of the base, but I can live with that, maybe we will file it a bit (aesthetics not particularly pleasing right now).
What matters most is: great feeding, flavor rendition completely restored. Feeding in particular is pretty good right now, it's even at risk of flooding but -hey- no issue at all for old GG users: play around with liquid control and you have it, I like it even more since now the liquid control has the meaning it always had, I can fine tune my vape in combination with the air flow.
Speaking of air flow... it's airy, it's really airy but again: I can play around with the air flow ring.

So basically: now it works as it should!

Really happy. :)

Thanks Imeo and thanks all the guys who spent some time to answer my doubts - really appreciated.

Now go for springomizers for other atoms Imeo, I'm eager to mount it everywhere!

(maybe you can build it with shorter channels from the beginning, would be cool)

YEAH!

Thank you Lo Zio :) As for your trick to cut the o-ring? Excellent!

The way to turn almost all atomizers to springomizers is not difficult. We can replace their bolts with bolts with a U head instead of the head they carry now. I am not familiar with other atomizers but I think it can be done easily

Hi steam, I am only using a single coil. Don't know why anyone thought I was using a double. I always test my coils for shorts.

Oh you...
I meant your atomizers, previous GG atomizers! :pervy:
It's the only atomizers I own, btw, so I'm not interested in other atoms... :D

the o-rings from penelope top cap also work for the trick that Imeo shows in the video... and since they are 3mm thick it doesn't make your pin stick out too far

Which Penelope version?
I think I have several for V1 and V2... I'll try!

Ahh I bought something from them on amazon.

I'm surprised some others like vapinart haven't picked this pice up

FMS doesn't really seem to be up and running at all. There are no other kids of atomizer. The springs are out of stock. The atomizer as a whole isn't even listed. There are twknsubnenuesnwith one item each and nothing inside. The center part is out of stock. No other brands. And then some rayon to buy I think is all that's in stock. Is this an established store? I'm guessing it's just starting and they haven't decided what to sell but have a website getting setup?

Anywhere else?
