i lost one of my slim KR8 batts on new years. (d'oh)

Soooo, im looking for a new battery for my KR8 cartos. and im taking the opportunity to upgrade. the new 808 Ego looks like a very viable option. im also considering the Elite. or possibly even a mod. does anyone know if box mods come in a KR808 threading? whats a good price on a box mod? or any mod with KR8...maybe i should just get an adapter?

If you're thinking about upgrading to a mod, I highly recomend the lava tube. It's basicly a chinese knock off of the best available (provari variable voltage) for a third of the price. And actually, the LT is a lot easier to use and adjust, and because it's aluminum, it's a lot lighter than stainless steel.

All mods that I know of come with a 510 conection, but you can get an adapter from several different vendors for under $3.


I've been a long time bloog kr808d-1 user, but I've been using the LT almost exclusivly since I got it. Truely is amazing. If you're interested PM me and I can tell you some other tips and tricks (like which battery, carto, and tank info)

ps.. putting the carto in a tank lets you vape for days before refilling, extends the life of the carto, and looks pretty damn cool on top of the LT. I can also tell you how to make your own carto tanks VERY easily for less than $2.

thanks but i ended up just scooping up an 808e-Go. just received it in the mail today actually. i am a hobbyist at heart so i wouldnt be surprised if i just kept buying more and more stuff. and that Lava Tube looks great. its about time we got an "affordable provari" on the market.

well im a posting junkie so im gonna answer you here too.

i wanted the passthrough version but they were sold out. i still might scoop one up when they get back in stock though. for now im liking the regular 808ego. although i havent had a chance to play with it yet, save for a few introductory toots.

i cant wait to get this thing home and fill up the HUGE carto...its bigger than the battery!

let me just say...this thing is awesome. ive had some time to play with it and i am really digging my 808Ego. the cartomizer kicks major .... it holds 80 drops and it rips hits. i also feel like im getting a better nicotine dispersion compared to my slim KR8s. i still love my slimmies but my new toy is the head honcho for sure. what a beast.
