My first was a regular size. It fits the best in a man's hand. The longer battery life is also a plus. However, with the battery extension cap it's not the most pocket-worthy, but do-able.

I got a mini as a gift to myself for being one year smoke-free. I use it primarily for when out-and-about as it is much more pocket-worthy. It is also more adaptable with the availability of third party accesories to accept the next two sizes of batteries via extension sleeves like the Tatroe extenders. If I wish, I can use an 18650 battery in the mini with two extension sleeves.

Thank you for the information. I have been struggling with the mini vs full size. From your pictures the mini seems to be very compact and pocket friendly. I am on the road often and managing batteries throughout the day will be a problem for me so I think the full size with the 450's will be a good middle ground and still shorter than my Zmax.

My $0.02...I started with an Ego c-twist double battery starter kit. 3 weeks later I bought a ProVari full size but didn't care for the size too much. It was the Black Satin and started to fade after 2 weeks. I sent it back to ProVape and they put a new tube on it. I had already sold it before I got it back. I took that money and bought a Satin Silver Mini. Then I ended up buying 2 more ProVari Minis [Cherry Red/Red and Titanium White/Blue (color/LED)], I couldn't help myself. I love the size of the minis. I have 2 Cirrus tanks and a mini Artemus tank. I have some RBAs and mini Vivi Novas. I seem to be doing good with this setup. Hope you find the ultimate setup that works for you.

I guess ill have to hold and use one to understand all this hype. Maybe one of the local vape shops will have one on display. Untill then I just dont understand how it can honestly be that much better then other mods that can do the same thing & more.

The usual reaction is that when a person has one in their hand, they go "now I understand".

I bought the mini/with extension cap which makes it the same as the regular Provari. So size wasn't my reason for the mini. The tear drop surface is just more comfortable for me to hold.

It's done, was on the fence about the mini but $225 later ordered a Black v2.5 full size, charger, 2 18490 batteries and the hard case. Thanks to all for your feedback, now we watch the mailbox...

    You go, Moto.

The Provinati (stolen from Eddard, if I recall...) allows for one full year to post any and all regrets you have, after you've made a purchase. All complaints received prior to purchase are null & void. But you have now been granted free reign to say anything you wish, including negative comments.

I, for one, sincerely doubt you'll get carpal tunnel syndrome from all the typing.

    We will await your review.

You will absolutely love it! Coming from someone who did the exact jump from Zmax to Provari! Then another Provari .. Lol then the fiancé a pink Provari mini.
Even she was like "I don't think I need it".. Until she tried it.. Loved it... and hasn't looked back!
    Enjoy mate!

I got my zmax after my provari. Both have merits. The provari is simply "as advertised". It does it's job, every time. Enjoy it.

Waiting for the sale to start and then pulling the trigger. Really want the v2.5 in black but the clearance blue v2 with another 5% is tempting. I'll sleep on it waiting for the sale to start. Like my Zmax but I suspect it does not hold constant as the battery depletes, still will be a good backup and it is a solid device.

I did the same thing. I was online buying when the doors opened on the 5%. They actually shipped it yesterday. I will have it Monday. I am so excited.

I was just now sitting in a chair across from my wife vaping away. I took a vape on my Zmax, then let out a couple words I can't describe here, turned the power BACK down to where it should be and vaped on.

My wife noticed this, gave me a sly smile, and took a nice long vape off her Provari Mini....which has never changed power settings DURING a vape...

One thing you will get from just about any Provari owner is they push the button, they get a consistent vape. It was built to last. :2c:
