Hey Big..

whatever happened to that woman with a Lissp? Or is it Lisstthp?
You know the one who kept trying to talk on that video but her brain kept short circuiting her speech...

Off topic, but whoever came up with the term lisp is kinda mean considering if you have it you can't even say it correctly.

Well, I am for the idea. 100%.

I dont mean to be a wet blanket, but what is your legal basis / foundation of the claim. Now, the FDA hasn't banned them yet, but if they DO, I think this would be a great option.

Im sure if we pushed our noses around hard enough, we could find a pro-bone-o (SP!!) lawyer, collectivly fund the fees, and give em hell!

I suggested this a while back. If they ban electronic cigarettes I think they could be held liable for forcing me to return to cigarettes which cases we harm. An no doubt shortly after I have to return to cigarettes my symptons will return and futher damage to my health.

I will be glad to donate money for this cause. Just let me know when.

I'm trying to figure out WHY we would have to bring suit against an entity created by a government that is supposed to 'of the people, by the people, for the people'.

Why are we asking permission to do something from something we created to work for us?

Would you ask your bicycle if you can go to the store? Must you get permission from your car to pick up your kids? No. They are tools, much the same as the FDA. Tools created by a government built by us, for us. I dont ask my stove if its ok if i have scrambled eggs today, and then worry about the stove turning me down because it has a ban on eggs or doesnt think they are good for me.
