time of the month affecting juice taste

Hey ladies, do any of you find the juices tasting bad or off when it is that time of the month? I mentioned in the V4L subforum about the juices tasting off for about two weeks or so for me. I know that our taste buds change from time to time. Things are back to normal, but curious if others have experienced this as well. Thanks ladies!

Susden, isn't everything bad and off at that time of the month??? No, really - I've had that issue with the taste of food, too. I think there really is something to that.

I would help but I had the works taken out 15 years ago! I have heard others say that though. Maybe you should save 1 or two strong flavors for then.

I don't "have that any more either"...but do notice taste cycles.....

I'm still "intact" and haven't noticed any difference. I still go through some tasting issues, especially when I constantly vaping the same flavor but it can happen at any time. I have to mix up my flavors daily.

Hu well no I havnt made that correlation.
I DO have off days with vaping, but it seems like everyone does once in a while. I'll watch to see if there is a pattern.

I do know I get really sensitive to the smell of chemicals/cleaners around about that time. Plus it's pretty well know that womens sense of smell changes during pregnancy dramatically, so hormones do affect it.

As smell is very much wrapped up into taste it would be logical for that to happen to.

Haven't really noticed a difference but then I wasn't really paying attention either. I will pay attention next time.

I have an IUD which throws my pattern all outta whack (every 3 months or so I have a period) however I have noticed since its that time atm, my clove juice that I bought is SUPER strong right now (I had to cut it with some 0mg vanilla I had kicking around) and the chocolate I bought that was previously kinda meh is tasting pretty ok. It may depend on each woman respectively, like how some of us get worse cramps or more moody.
