Tiny bumps under the wrapper of AW 18650, normal?

Hey guys, just got some new AW batteries from rtd vapor and I noticed on one of them there are tiny bumps under the red wrapper along the body of the battery, hard to explain, but basically the red body is not completely smooth like there might be a small speck of dirt stuck under it. Tried to take a pic but couldn't get a clear one cuz their real small. Just wondering if this is normal?

It doesn't look too bad.

I think it looks like what you said. A Tiny Speck of Dirt on the Battery when they put the Shrink Band on it.

The Seller you bought them from has a Good Reputation. I don't think I would be Too concerned.

I agree with Zoi on this. Not a whole lot to worry about from the looks of it.
