tips for 510 pcc?

I finally caved and got my 510 in addition to my e9, which I just got today. (hops up & down like a kid at x-mas!) Now I've read every bit of info I possibly could on the 510 itself, but I haven't seen much about the pcc I got to go with it. (it doesn't exactly come with a super thorough instruction manual) I was wondering if anyone had any tips about the pcc? Like I was wondering about the space for spare carts- I would assume it would be a bad idea to have it "prefilled" for on the go in case of leaking..? Should I get a separate case so I'm not constantly recharging a single battery just a teensy bit here and there, cutting down on the life of the battery?.. Yeah- I'm VERY "noobish" on these! I've been used to my 51 Duo, so this is all very new to me! That's why any tips or advice for this thing would be appreciated!

Hello and welcome to the forum DrkLashes! You can put your prefilled carts in them, just make sure that the cap is on them or yes, you could have a mess. Did you only get the PCC or an A/C charger as well? If you didn't, I would certainly get the A/C. I also got the mega battery's for my 510. They are great and I find that they last me alot longer than the regular ones. Also, you can have a battery in the PCC while the PCC itself is charging. Hope this helps you out some. If you have a usb PCC you can get a cheap wall charger for the Motorola razor. It works like a charm

Thanks for the welcome! Yup- my 510 itself came with an AC charger, and I did buy an AC adapter for the pcc as well. Ok, another really dumb question... The carts for the 510 - I had some prefilled and there was a cover for the bottom, but not the top by the hole for the mouthpiece. Is this how they normally are for covers- unlike the cartomizers that have the "condoms" on the top and the bottom of it?

Thanks beast. Already halfway in on the craziness- been pretty quiet in the forums- mostly because with a 2 yr. tugging on me half the time, my time in front of the computer is kinda sporadic. But I've been lurking enough for you guys to have enough influence on me that my husband is raising an eyebrow because my case to store all our supplies/juices keeps getting switched out for a larger and larger one one each week! >.< But hey, at least I can breathe again!
