Titan 5 Mega Charger Lights

I purchased the Titan 5 Mega Charger and am using it to charge my Tornado/Ego batteries, but the first light nearest to the power cord is always green. Is this correct or is that slot not working properly. I removed the battery from that slot, so I don't know if it charges or not. I have tried other batteries and adapters in that slot, but it is always green.

Call TW and have them replace it. It is suppose to work. Mine does and charges very good too.
