There is very little information on this tank anywhere on the internet so I have decided to do a quick review of it..
I ordered the 20mm x 36mm version from Cloud 9 as I could not find any resellers of the tank in the US. Shipping was fast and it arrived to me in California in about 5 days. Total cost with shipping was $84.90
Some may think that price is high for a carto tank but considering that it has Titanium end caps and it is one of the best tanks I have ever seen, the price IMHO was fair..
My only gripe is that for a tank priced this high it should come with extra o-rings and sadly, this tank does not. The tank was ordered to be used on a Super T Titanium Simplicity 18350 that also has a 20mm diameter.
The tank is lightweight! I mean like feather lightweight. I was shocked at how light it is. Its very well made and the machining on the end caps is top notch!
The tank has a recess on the bottom cap for use with flanged catros or a flanged Diver . The recess allows them to sit flush avoiding gaps when the tank is connected to a mod..
It has a pyrex tube with flame-polished ends with a very discrete t logo. Here is the description of the tank from the Cloud 9 website:
Features
I do not like the look of the red food grade o-rings and had a very hard time finding out what the o-ring sizes were. The o-ring sizes are as follows for the 20mm Titanide.
Outer o-rings: 15mm x 1mm
Inner o-rings: 9mm x 1mm
Not much to say as its a tank.. It does not leak, its very well constructed and it has Titanium end caps..
Would I buy it again? Without a doubt
