Walts been playing mechanic today so he may be a lil behind

Depending the flavor it will vary by 5% but normally 15/85.
Just remember to let it steep. Any type of custom flavor will not come steeped.

We all hear a million different ways to steep juice, how do you steep it Walt?

Ive heard some crazy things people do to age their juices. Freeze or fridge it, get it warm then cool repeatedly, centrifuge it, ultrasonic cleaner it, I've even heard putting it in sunlight

I do the whole shake remove lid, stir, then let it sit in a dark closet coming back occasionally to give it a good shake.

I have been thinking a paint shaker would be the best way to "steep" juice, for the most part it simply needs to be homogenous as possible. A few minutes on a paint shaker would homogenize it as much as it can be.

I just stick my bottles in my vape box and let them age as there is no light in there. When I take some liquid out of that bottle I just squeeze the rest off the air out and let new air in then shake the bottle.

Before bottling we use a special stainless steel drum. These are like what you find Olive Oil in:

From there it goes in to a storage room for 48 hours and waits to be used. This room is always kept darker and cool. We do not allow sun light to heat the metal in anyway. Now I do not leave them uncovered. I find that when you do this dust and other things could fall in to the mix... EWw

The goal is to allow everything to infuse together. The different elements do not mix well together so sometimes we do come in and will spin turn them around a but to mix them up every so often.

The best time to wait in 2 weeks in my testing. Due to the nature of the business we sadly can not wait that long but can promise you 48 hours minimum. If a flavor is not used a lot it normally is left to steep longer.

I do like you, put it in the nice bottle tin that's a light blocker. After that I just use it. No shake, no burp, no nothing. The bottles lie on their side like a fine wine though

Bill is the guru of RY4's hands down. I normally don't purchase any RY4's unless they fall in his A or B category (no need to waste money). A B+ is dang good against the many "makes and models" of RY4s on the market that he has reviewed. It's kinda like receiving a Grammy nomination in the RY4 category...

I see several here that follow Bill's RY4 thread. I can't wait for my bottle of KJ RY4 because I really think I'm going to like it. I tend to prefer Bill's "classic" RY4 categories and he classes KJ as "custom" but I think with the natural caramel flavor this is going to be a real treat!

And I agree, a Grammy nomination! I won't be home til next Monday, but I'm going to have some exciting vape mail waiting for me.
