Take a look at your tracking. It should show Detroit or Chicago now at least.

7 days later ... my order from the 3rd still shows as not even received at a Michigan sorting facility ... tracking still shows as ... Electronic Shipping Info Received.

A package I ordered from California on the 8th is already moving.

Edit ... I just checked the Cali package ... it has already cleared customs and has been received at a Canadian sort facility.

I did some major yelling and screaming at the post office yesterday. They told me that they would be working late nights and all weekend to be caught up. I seen a couple international orders that are saying they processed at around midnight last night. Crazy

I will head down there with your tracking number and see what they can tell me. Their machines on site show a different story most of the times. If it still has no movement today, I will resend all of your order on Monday International Priority (3-day).

Hey guys my order from the 3rd is out for delivery today but I live right outside Chicago so I live close to Michigan and it's been a mess here too. I have an Xperia Z that I ordered last week that was supposed be here Monday and its finally out for delivery today also and that was sent priority mail. My order from the 6th from Walt still shows electronic info received but that's ok this is in no way Walt's fault and as far as I'm concerned it'll get here when it gets here. My mother in law works for the usps and she told me that they have semi trailers full of mail just lined up waiting to be processed. I don't think they were prepared for what this winter storm was really gonna do to them. She also told me exactly what Walt was told that they are working overtime and around the clock to get things sorted out. Hell of a week to start this branch of your business eh Walt :p. Keep up the awesome work and I'm so excited to try the Shamrock Shake today :cool:

Not sure what's up. I have an order from another vendor that's stuck at the first sorting facility since Jan. 3rd. Getting ready to call the usps on that one. Surely they have got caught up from all the bad weather by now?

Update info on packages.. I just phoned the usps phone number on the tracking website to report another vendors package gone awol from Jan. 3rd. I was told that once a package has gone awol for at least 5 business days they will fill out a tracking claim. Then, they gave me a claim number and said someone will contact me within 2 business days. She said the weather still has them playing catch up but no more than the 5 business day length of time. I am so thankful for those tracking numbers. They are worth paying extra for.

Not really. There are reports of trucks that still havent been unloaded.

Their tracking system isn't the best. I've had packages finally show up then get delivered that day. All of our packages are in different areas now so some get tracked first also but I'm sure if something's wrong you will be taken care of :D:thumbup:

Thanks for following all of us and our tracking... great customer service!

Wanted to ask about the juice and sorry if I missed this somewhere... Is it vape ready at the door? I am anxiously awaiting some chocolate and wanted to know if I need to let this steep?

Yup it is ready to go, we did notice that some of our higher nicotine flavors are settling a bit and turning a reddish color. This is normal because we do not have artificial dyes in our mixes to counter this.
