It's about 3in by 3in and just thick enough to keep a 22mm atty from hanging over. This is the prototype, I made it a bit bigger bc I was concerned that the delrin wouldn't be very strong but it turns out the stuff is very strong, I've dropped it from about 5ft, onto concrete and it doesn't have a scratch on it.... So I'll shrink it down a little for production but that's about the size, I've got pretty small hands and it's not bad, it's tiny for what it has inside, feel free to throw me some feedback and any questions are always welcome, shoot me a pm if you want as well.
I'm giving ecf a 24hr head start before I release it anywhere else. I'm currently almost half full with orders for the first batch. I'll be doing batches of ten or so at a time.

Not possible to essentially fold it over and make it slightly wider and have the battery along side the chip and bottle?
I understand it's bigger than most, but if you talk to most people who have run lipo dna200 mods, the battery life is horrible. I run this one at 100w all day, no problem. It's a simple trade off, I make my mods as small as possible. My micro is the smallest 18650 squonker you can get,I think. ¿Biggest mod, the sx350j mod, it's smaller than anyone else can come with the components, small is my goal.
If a lot of people want a smaller mod, I can make this mod to accommodate a smaller lipo.
Currently it supports a lipo that will be swapable with a dual 18650 tray, so you'll have the option to run both, or either one. I thought that was the best way to do it. I like this lipo, it's a bit overkill. Its like 2.5in by 1.3in . Which is pretty small for an 1800mah lipo.
As always, I'm ipen for suggestions. If youd like to see some changes, just speak up im down to maake changes, this is currently just what I think is the best, based on running high power builds, doe as long as possible, and keeping it small as I can.

I say kill the dual 18650 insert option unless you can still incorporate it into a design that's wider and shorter with battery pack set even with bottle and board. Just my take...
IMO it's not the best idea to have the circuit directly adjacent to the juice. If there's unfortunate leakage, expensive circuit can suffer.
I have to say Tom, this thread did catch my eye. 
Stuffing a DNA200 into a squonker is no easy feat and you do it with style.
I tend to agree with the previously mentioned wider and shorter suggestions.

What's the smallest battery you guys are willing to deal with? I like the bother battery I think it's a shame to go smaller but I will if you want.. Our just make tattoo different versions

I guess it would make it easier to answer your question if you list the batteries and the corresponding width of the mod if it is used.
Example:
1st option: 1300 mah ----> 3"
2nd: 1100 mah ---> 2.7"
This will allow to understand the trade offs involved. You can also list the "R" style option

I don't think so, I hadn't had much time to look around for lips but I think there's not a small variation like that it's like all the way down to like 800 or 900 and you get not very much size difference unless you go to a really small battery, I have a call to my guy at maxamps tomorrow I'll see about having a custom battery pack made.

I'm making it smaller, I know what I'm going to doo, it will be sweet, I just have a few more mods I have to finish first. I'll let everyone know when it's ready. I'm going to do a batch of twenty, there's a few spots left in the first batch currently.
It will probably be a 10ml, definitely have the 1800mah lipo and probably take an optional dual 18650 sled as well.
