To ALL Ecig & Ejuice Suppliers

I have recently been ordering online gifts for christmas from different places, ebay, ect... NONE of them have the quality service, fast shipping and ease of shopping as any of the ecig & ejuice suppliers I have used. So I am sending out a great big Thank You!! and (((Hugs))) to all the suppliers on this forum. You have never let me down! Love you guys!

yea most other businesses out there could learn some CS lessons from e-cig/juice vendors. we are very lucky

I have a list of about 8 suppliers that I order regularly from & they all provide excellent customer service - and they are all listed here on ECF.

Just thinking about why the excellent service and customer service from the e-cig suppliers. Could it be that most, if not all suppliers are Vapors also. If so they would know how important it is to us that we get our supplies in a timely fashion. If this is true, it also stands to reason that these suppliers have been us at some point. They have been the customer and knows how it feels to recieve orders on time, and also understand the anxious feeling we all get waitnig for the mailman.
