That's exactly why I have no intention of ever trying one.

I am perfectly happy with my standard joyetech 510 atomizers.
I don't want to rock that boat.
:)

I cant disagree with you there, no need to fix what isn't broke! I was a die hard clearomizer user, thought rebuilders where insane, or too broke to buy replacement heads....LOL

I guess one could relate to the Matrix "red pill vs blue pill" analogy... ;)

I have a dripping rebuildable head on the way. Have never tried one so I figured I have to try it. One never knows until they try it. I do know I will never buy a tank again that does not have adjustable air flow ring on it. Kanger hit the ball out of the park with their adjustable air flow ring for the Protanks in my opinion.

Everyone should have a old-school dripping atomizer for testing flavors.

I would also argue that everyone should pick up a cheap RDA to experiment with. If you like it, you can move on to bigger and better rdas, rtas, etc. If not, you are out $10 max.

I still use protanks because I'm always moving around at work but I definitely use rdas when I'm parked at home.

I am fighting the urge to buy a RDA, but will probably soon loose the fight. It just sounds like I'm missing out on something by not dripping!

I resisted for some time, then I got a Smok Scar dual coil RDA for under 10 bucks. I love the thing. If you already build coils, it is easy to build, and just a great vape for at home. I am going to get a couple more of those, and probably a Ehpro Kayfun clone soon.

Okay, you drips... ;)
I am an old school dripper. I've tried the tanks, they all seem to lead to my vape tasting metallic and they lead to chain-vaping. So, recognizing my penchant for dripping, which of the RBAs would be easiest for a rba noob? I am not talking about the cheapest, but the one that should be fairly easy to build despite limited experience? Which has the best flavor (why I continue to drip). This would mean which are comparable to dripping on 510/306 atties.
On another note, would this mean I would need/should need to buy a big battery mod? Yes, I drip in an ego w/510/306

Aside from flavor, the other reason I vape is to replicate the act of smoking an analog. So, in a 10-15 min session, I only have to top off once or twice. I think I may save some $ with rbas... not entirely sure. The only other thing I can say is I don't want a new hobby, so if rebuilding is "fussy", I may be better where I'm at.
On another note, does anyone know where to find delrin whistle tips for 510s?
I appreciate any help/advice.

It might not be for everyone but I say give it a solid try. I've been on kayfuns for months after trying everything. Out of boredom I rebuilt an omega clone the other night. It blew my mind. Vape it a few times and I have my fix. Consuming way less juice. The juices taste different which isn't necessarily a pro or con.

I'm rambling. To make a long story short I ordered an origen and a stingray. Worse case scenario I stick with the omega. I plan to drip at home and kayfun on the go.

Nah. Dripping is not for me. Tried it, didn't like it. Flavor was 'different', not 'better' and having to drip all the time was a pain.

(Yeah, I know I'm the odd man out here. :) )

I agree. I drip when some of my vg juices won't cooperate with a tank. I too, find the flavor different not always better. Glad we have choices. Dripping is good when there is just a few drops left in the bottle. Sure don't want to waste a good juice. Down to the last drop.

When I first started vaping in 2011, I was using the cartridges with my Joye 510 and then switched to dripping in my 510 atomizer. That was the only way I vaped for a looong time until I tried out the Vivi nova last year. To this day dripping is my favorite way to go with my Trident RDA.
