Toasted Coconut?

Who's Coconut is a toasted coconut. I am trying to find the best coconut for a recipe I have in my mind, and have tried TFA Coconut extra and Capella's Coconut. I am thinking about trying VZ Coconut next. Any pointers on where to look?

I have had toasted coconut, when I found a coconut that didnt like high wattage, it wasnt very good. However I would really like to find one of that actual flavor though

Haven't seen one around... maybe your coconut have a toasted flavor with another flavor(s) or additive?

Real toasted coconut has a nutty smell to it as well. I love toasted coconut any idea what kind of nut the smell reminds you of?
