Who has the strongest tobacco flavor eliquid/ejuice @ 0mg?

I do need 0MG, and I WANT a strong tobacco flavor.

(I have some "good stuff" to add the nic myself, so I do not need the mixed in nic or I'd have to cut it SUPER LOW and loose flavor. 1-4mg is what I vape so I can use it all day long.)

What percent flavor do you use with these?

I usually use 10-20% LorAnn flavor in my mixes.
