I don't know if it is just me...

I am a new vaper.
Quit analogs about 7 weeks ago.
I too have been searching for the Holy Grail in e-juice, the juice that vapes just like an analog!

The other day I was sitting outside talking on the phone. My wife's analogs were on the table. Not realizing what I was doing, (That's why its called a habit!) I picked-up one of the analogs, lit it and took a big drag! OHH YUCK!!! WTF WAS I DOING! 8-o

Tasted like ASHTRAY all the way!

So I was thinking ..."Why did that just taste like an ashtray?"
"That didn't taste anything like the elusive analog I've been searching for, but it was a fresh analog just like I used to smoke."

So I thought some more ...

Perhaps my taste buds are repairing themselves after all the damage done using analogs all those smelly years?
I just tasted what an analog REALLY tastes like, and NOT HOW my brain remembers it!

Your thoughts?
Has anyone tried an analog lately, after not using them for awhile?
Concerned vaper wants to know!

Pete

yup, tastes like crap, lol.. nothing like how we used to remember em. after trying hundreds of dollars worth of juice, i realized that you'll never find any that taste like an analog >.< but during that period, my taste in eliquid shifted to fruity stuff o_O

but when i'm out drinking and really need that analog... i resort to my "tobacco extract" juices that really do it for me. backwoods brew, vapor station, vaperite, want2vape to name the few.

I have been off cigs since May 6. I keep hoping they will taste bad to me, but so far they do not. I have a half one anywhere from once every few weeks to once every few days. it is only half or less at a time, but I still like them. I did go two months without any drags and the first drag I took was like going home.

I am really wanting to get to the point that I dislike them so much all temptation will be gone.

You will. It will eventually taste nasty especially if along the way to find that fabulous tobacco juice you happen onto some really smooth ry4 or a comforting flavor that you happened to find by accident. You will wonder what took you so long to put them down and walk away.Something else you might want to try is upping the nic in your juice. Some of us still need that hit you get from the first puff. That too will fad eventually and you can lower the level.

this is exactly why I haven't smoked a cigarette in almost a year I'm affraid I might still like them and then huff down a pack of marlboro reds like in the old days

I took your advice and ordered a few new tobacco flavors and a couple of them are higher nic for the tough times. I ordered from AVE and got Flue Cured, Boba's, Gorilla and a few fruity ones like Pineapple, Mountain Berry, Hype and Craveloupe. I should have done an RY4.
Thanks!~
