Hi,

New to the forum. I'm not sure if this has been covered already.

Has anyone tried emailing various analog manufacturers (Phillip Morris, RJ Reynolds, etc.) and asked them to look into making e-cigs domestically. Or emailing Walmart or Target to get them to carry the things? I'm guessing its been tried but you never know until you ask, right?

My thinking is that the tobacco guys are not exactly warm to the idea because it uses only a miniscule fraction of their primary product if any part at all. And the marts think its not to politically correct or popular to market something thats controversial.

I was just thinking how nice it would be to be able to walk to the local Quickie-Mart and pick up a fresh atty or battery or pcc or whatever. If it became popular enough, competition would drive costs down too. Not that online purchasing is all that expensive or difficult, I just hate waiting for deliveries. I can buy a fricken toaster oven at the Super Walmart at 2 AM on Sunday, so why can't I get a fresh pack of carts or a bottle of juice anytime I want?
