Tobeco RDA clones O-Rings too big.

I've tried to do a little research but was unable to come up with a solution to this. I have two Tobeco clones (doge and kennedy) but im finding it impossible to get the top cap on, I can only get it to sit on fully if I use a lot of force (as I take the top of to drip this is not ideal). Is anyone aware of a solution that fixes this issue? Is there an o-ring I can purchase from a hardware store that fits better? Some sort of lubricant?

You can get o-rings at hardware and auto parts stores and a million other places. Finding the right size is tricky sometimes, though. It's 2 diameters to find. The 19.something mm around the outside of the atty, and then the thickness of the o-ring itself.

Sometimes I smear a little juice on the o-rings and then the top cap slides on easier. Another time I took the o-ring off completely and just wrapped some dental floss around the groove for the o-ring to make it seal until I found another o-ring that worked.

I do the same thing...
I smear a bit of juice on all the o-rings before assembling a tank or rda. Makes it much easier to get the cap on/off when dripping. I wouldn't want to use anything as a lubricant that I don't want to inhale.

Check Fasttech for orings. THey have many different sizes for atomizers and sell them by the bag full very cheap.

Thanks for the replies, I can't believe how well just using a little bit of VG helped the cap slide on!
