Compared to newer attys Tobh has a restricted airflow. You can still get decent clouds, but you have to pull for longer.
doge has a lot more airflow, thus you can draw on it with very little restriction when it's wide open.
Any atty can produce clouds, it just depends on your build. More airflow usually means more of a potential for larger clouds.
One thing annoying about the Tobh is the afc that is milled into the deck. You can't do center post builds, and it gets in the way when setting your coil.
