7/11/13, the day I accidentally quit smoking! I didn't necessarily want to, or even meant to quit that day, it just happened to be the day that I finally wandered into the B&M and purchased an EGO type starter kit. I thought that it was a pretty expensive purchase at the time :) Little did I know:laugh:

At the time I had been smoking 2 packs a day or more for over 32 years. Resigned to the probability that I was destined to die by my own hand through smoking, there was little hope for me that this would be successful, but I gave it a go to placate my wife who had been pleading with me for years to at least try to quit. To my utter surprise, something about it worked, wasn't easy, but it did seem to work. I became curious...

Check out ECF, the young lady behind the counter told me, seeing my unending curiosity. 7/23/13, I joined the forum and found a whole world of information, solved some problems with gear, found out about new gear I would never have been exposed to, and made a few friends. ECF has filled many idle hours of my time I thank each and every member here for your contributions. It's been a blast!

I think I'll charge up that old EGO battery and toss a coil into my TABAC T3 clearo and have a "remember where I started vape :) :vapor:

Congrats ENAUD. Quite an accomplishment.:headbang::rickroll::party::vapor::toast:

I tend to forget dates and anniversaries for myself, but you just reminded me that I just hit 3 years myself. Can't remember the exact date, but it was July 2012. Man time flies when your vaping, trying new things and spending money. Speaking of going back, I should load up a carto tank. Those were my go to for about a year and a half. Now I split my time between bottom feeders and regulated with Kayfuns.

Grats to you as well Blue! I've got a bunch of carto's stashed away, but never did get the hang of them, Nowadays I'm split between a REO or a ProVari with a PT2, I still like them ProTanks :)

Congrats! Your story is also similar to mine. 30+ years of 2 PAD, and I quit on the exact same day that I got my first vape quit, and haven't had one single analog since then. I'm not quite at two years yet like you are, but I will be eventually.
Yes you will ! :)

Thanks ladies and gents, you all are what makes this place so special :2cool::vapor:
