Too much Nic??

I know I could probably find this somewhere but this forum is an overload of information!

I have 2 big bottles of juice that arrived today ... 24 mg of nic. At first - when I ordered them (b/c I can't stand the green tea 11 mg samples I got w/ the kit) I thought maybe a higher nic level would help b/c I've been craving cigs a lot. But a couple more days into it - I'm finding that I don't mind the 8-11mg nic levels it's probably just the flavor I got and the throat hit w/ the green tea that was disturbing.

Anyway - I've got my pv (kr8) some carts I hope are close to being empty, and this juice. Can I dilute it with water? Forgive my ignorance!

No, not with water.

You can *dilute* it with PG and/or VG but you will lose some of the flavoring with it.

Many of the suppliers sell PG (propylene glycol) and VG (vegetable glycerin). It's usually in the DIY categories. VG is also available in some drug stores or health food stores.

I would stick with diluting it with Vegetable glycerin. It produces a ton of vapor. Personally i use 50/50 ratio of PG/VG

You can get VG (sometimes just labeled "glycerine") at walmart near the first aid lotions (like calamine) or near the specialty cake decorating stuff, at Michael's arts/crafts store near the cake decorating stuff (called wilton's glycerine) or you can get PG by the gallon at seed and feed stores where they carry livestock supplies.

Cutting them 50/50 with either VG or PG will give you 12 mg and double the amount you started with. Also, I just found out that my local health food store carries dark glass bottles with droppers, so check places like that if you need something to put the cut juice in.

If you find that the flavor is too weak then you can order flavoring, sometimes in the same type, and add some extra. It will reduce your nicotine even further, but you can always just add a little less PG or VG on the next batch. Someone else will have to give you the links for other brands but I use perfumersapprentice.com for flavorings.

Or you can get a similar flavored juice in 0mg and mix them 50/50. No loss of flavor that way.
