I bought cartomizers with 24 mg nic. I find I can only take a couple of hits before I need to set it back down. The problem with that is I feel cheated. Like I need more puffs/hits, like I had with analogs. I smoked 100's though not all the way down, a pack and a half a day. Should I be using a lower mg nicotine to satisfy my need to vape more and more often?

I had the same issue and I asked the same questions. Here i what I have learned thus far. I was smoking light cigs at about half a pack a day. When I turned to vaping I tried the 12mg cartos first. They seemed ok though I did discover that the feeling of being 'done' (like when you are done smoking a cig) took a little longer to hit me and sometimes I would vap a little too much. I ran out of 12mg cartos today and moved up to 16mg...well..because that is what I had. :) I found very quickly that I was 'done' or 'full' after a few drags. So, for me, the 12 is good. If you want to go through the experience of smoking but you have had enough nicotine, try the 0mg cartos or make juice with only flavor and no nicotine.

I have only tried a sample of 24 mg. and it was too much for me. I started with 12 mg. and still vape it at night, but i vape 18 mg during the day. FYI, I do vape more than I smoked.

I'm actually vaping much less so far. That's why I was wondering. I think I'm going to give 18 mg a shot. Thanks!
