I't was dead so i wanted to see the innards. First i poked it out with a paperclip through the inhale hole. A small cup popped out with nothing else inside, then i removed the cotton fiber and looked inside of that. Nothing there cept for a tiny little cup to hold some of the liquid.

One thing i did notice handling the cotton is there was tons of oil on my fingers. Wasted juice i dunno but it seems that way. And of course i washed my hands and tools afterwards. So I'm thinking somehow that extra oil isn't getting to the atomizer and just sitting there and soaking my fingers.

This is an experiment, i found my wifes old jewlery cleaner the ultra sonic kind. Taped up all the old carts in a circle with the silicone plugs in and the inhaler upwards, then added a littlet water to the sonic cleaner and let it run for 15 mins or so. As of now i'm letting them dry out with the plugs still in so no water would get in. My theory is the juice isn't getting to the top where the atomizer contacts it. If this works for dead carts i'll report here, in the mean time i ordered juice and i know it will work it's just cotton or some substance inside not rocket science. The manufacturer said they can not be topped off and i know it's bull. just like when they say one cart is equal to 15 real cigs, also bull.

I don't mind people trying to make money but just don't lie to me about claims.

So far i'm pretty happy exept for battery life and have to keep recharging.

If this ultrasonic jewlery trick works i'll give the exact details but i think it might work getting the liquid down to the atomizer tip since the cotton seemsed soaked when handled.

When i check back on this later i'll find my mm ruler and give the exact length width outsiide and inside. I cannot believe their carts are the only ones that fit and would buy blank ones in a a minute to refill.

The good news is i'm down to about 5 real cigs a day now and not coughing nearly as much.

Now to go and read a half a milllion other posts :D

I think what he meant was that the cartridge was empty. I too have had the issue where I get no more vapor, but when I took the poly filler out it was still quite juicy. I just make it a habit to top my cartridges often. Most of the time the filler is a bit too dense and all the juice doesn't wick down to the atomizer like it should. When I get one that does that I replace the filler, and I make sure it is full but very lightly packed. No more wicking problems after that.

Hey Fud;

No one will really know what you're trying to achieve until we know what mode e-cig you have. They're all different.

It actually did work, i tried three so far and full vapor again from them. Parmacraft was right it wasn't wicking down to the atomizer because they were proablaby too tightly packed from the factory, so a waste of juice IMO. Next time i will leave them in the sonic cleaner longer than 15 mins. why waste a cart if there is stuff still inside it?

As far as i know there is no model number anywhere, not on the box the batt the atomizer or anything just Liberty on the battery and thats it. They come with prefilled carts that i think are too tightly packed. Too loose wouldn't the fibers get clogged in the atty?

The exact size of the cart is 3.1 mm long, the width is exactly 9 mm the outside diam, inside diam is 8mm slightly less than the outside of course.

So it did actually work and what seemed to be a completly dead cart was alive again but who knows how long. Next time i'll put them in the sonic cleaner for an hour or so and see what happens.

Are you considering selling USB chargers? If so I will gladly buy one since i'm kind of impatient waiting for them to charge being a heavy smoker for years, I should buy another battery as well so at least one is fully prepped to go.

As far as my comments above about how long the carts last, i see that on every site really. It just doesn't feel like ten full cigs or 15. Same with the e-liquid sites that say 30ml is equal to a carton or more, I'll have to see when the stuff comes in. I think you were talking about the amount of nic drawn in in comparison? Either way i'm sticking with this and not paying for tobacco nearly as much now, Two packs a day down to 5 because of waiting for the batt to charge, thats why I asked if there will be a usb charger in the future since my computer can handle it and has a few unused slots.
