That's great news! So no need for a PICC line for antibiotics at home? That'll make life easier on everyone, especially your son.

Two words. 25mm tank.
exactly! I didn't want the extra risk unless absolutely necessary. But after surgery he's been doing much better hell even slept in this morning

Question:

I've had some popping every now and then but a lot more this morning.

Same mod, tank, juice, voltage, style of vaping. New commercial coil so assume that's what's doing it but why?

Maybe the resistance of this coil is a bit "different" than others. Bump voltage up a notch or two?

Sometimes this happens when i fudge a wick job, or when a mediocre wick gets to the end of usefulness

Do you have this one the Ehpro KFL? If so any cons?

It's a Kayfun Lite, but not the Plus V2. I'm not sure what the difference is. EHPro clones are solid. Almost all of my 20 or so KF clones are EHPro models.

If anyone's interested, here's a link to a Kayfun 3.1 EHPro clone for $1.97. Shipping to me was $2.99 so I ordered 5. The picture shows the drip tip is threaded and screws into the to cap instead of an o-ring type, but that's fine with me. These are worth it just for the parts if you never vape them. They had about 50 of the brushed finish and 70 of the polished when I ordered my 5.

I finally tried my Pico in TC mode. It's working fine with an SS316L coil at .98 ohms. The vape is the same as power mode with the wattage at 10 watts and temp at 200C in TC mode. I'm getting a little longer battery life it seems. TC mode varies the voltage to maintain the vape within temp limits, so it's not always firing at a set voltage. I've been vaping for about 7+ hours on an older LG HG2 battery and I still have a little less than half battery remaining. In power mode I would have changed it over an hour ago.

@DaveP, nice! My only concern with the EHpro is too much air. I like uber tight draw. What's you take on that?

congrats I had similar results when I made the switch a few months ago, except because of mine being higher power draw 50~ I didn't get the same extended effect but more in the ~10% range.

Thanks, that sound like a great deal the difference between the two are..the plus v2 has air flow adjustment and the fill port is recessed a bit more for easy filling and the screw comes with a o ring to prevent leaks.

Not really...depends on what you're vaping at. I can fog up a room with a Pico and with the Smok Pico Killer(AL85 Baby). Or vape in the bathroom at work and no one knows it. Have done it with both. :)

Can definitely agree with your naming it the "Smok Pico Killer (AL85 Baby)"...

The Pico and the Smok AL85 Baby are essentially the same size...

The Pico has a small screen...the Smok AL85 Baby has a large "Plasma TV" screen (as someone here named it)...

The Pico has a quite small Fire Button (which makes my thumb joint ache after 5-10 pushes)...the Smok AL85 Baby has a quite comfortable (and easy to find/squeeze) Firing Panel...

Well then fire it with your index finger, problem solved.:D
Although your post does make me want to see a AL85 first hand now.
