No excuse. Imgur is free. :D
And if I can kinda do it, anyone can!
Still on my Pico with the Theoreom, .2 ohm notch coil. Finally got my large bottle of NET from Heather's today:rickroll:
I'm not feeling well enough to do the pick thing tonight, sorry!

JK we would never judge and you help us just as much.

Keep all your dead PT coils. It's a great way to start rebuilding your own coils if and when you want to start. Then you are covered for vapegheddon with gear you like using. :p

I am trying to cut back to simple as well and limit the number of different types of coils and gear I use. Having said that I have some herons and spheroids that I loaded up again and I forgot how lovely a vape they are. They are my vapegheddon stash along with my calix. That will do me. (For now) ;)
Yes ma'am! - I've been hanging on to my spent pt2's. Think I have a dozen or so which I soaked in cheap vodka and air-dried. They're living in a container, awaiting the day I decide to try my hand at rebuilding. I feel it coming :)

I like the idea that these days you can buy prewicked coils quite cheaply and it's the inbetween step to taking the plunge to full rebuilding. They take the pressure off having to learn the intricacies and the protank coils are the easiest of all the coil heads.
"Prewicked coils"? Can you s'plain?

Oops, nevermind. I misread your post. Might have to look into getting some.

Two thumbs up on the Kayfun v2.1,when you start making your own coils you'll find that kayfuns are really, really good atomizers. As Krisma said hang onto your old p.t.coils they're super easy to recoil and wick.... :) I find the recoiled/wicked pt coils better than the originals.
It's a Heatvape kayfun. That decent?
Wow, I did something right by ordering one? Woohoo!
Here's a newb question, can I use PT2 coils in a kayfun v2.1?

I use these for just about everything. My Sophia's, BVC, Nautilus, Cubis. I like the fact they are NR-R-NR wires which mean you don't have to worry about burning the insulators. They are remarkably consistent.

$3.54 Ready-made Wicks and Wires - NR-R-NR (50-Pack) 50-pack - 2.0ohm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

Even though I now use rayon I just hold the coil remove the silica and replace with rayon.

Sister JK, I've rebuilt PT2 heads for two years now. I'd be happy to lend a hand, if you have any questions. It's much less scary than you think. I usually use a 1/16" drill bit (hair larger than 1.5mm, but a tetch smaller than 2mm, which fits nicely in the slot to hold the coil while attaching the insulator and center pin!)

Aw tanks, sister Ding. I so appreciate the offer. One of the reasons I want to grab a couple more PT2'S is because I've read they're very easy for newbs to recoil/wick.
I'm working up to that and when I do I'll give yooz a hollah. (You may regret your offer :) )

I fergot - click on my avi and go to my blogs. I blogged a couple of tutorials - don't recall the original posters, but because of them, I'm pretty comfortable rebuilding about any single coil now (maybe my first blog); I didn't want to lose the links

I've seen the heatvape kayfun on the canvape website before and it seemed decent enough, although I haven't tried it.I've tried two style kayfun clones the KF 3.1ES and the KF Lite Plus, they both vape excellent,I'm sure yours will too.

No you can't use the PT coils in the kayfun, you'll either have to make your own OR get some of those pre-wicked coils Krisma mentioned and use them, here's a link at the Canvape site...(10 for $1.99)

Premade Coil 4 wick @ 1.5, 1.8 or 2.4ohm 10 pack (Rebuildable)

Edit: Didn't realise Krisma provided a link too.Two is better than one I suppose. :)

Have fun JK

this is not a good thing ^ ↑ ↑ ^

they will rust, you need to drop some eJuice onto them so to preserve them... IMO (ask me how I know):oops::D

Something passed by me lately about a very nasty virus coming from Imgur.
I didn`t look into it, perhaps I should.

There was a vulnerability over a year ago, but Imgur quickly patched it. You can use the service safely.
