Weren't they made with a dna 40 chip also? I've always liked the format but didn't appreciate the 18650 extender tube. I felt it was detracting from the aesthetics.

Ooooh, I don't know, (visualize a limp wrist flick and a slight lisp) it is the aesthetics of the thing, dahling!

LOL!!!! I did get a visual of Bette Davis when I first read it, so - yeah. ;)

Funny, I thought bbear was channeling me .... ;)

I really like Kat's Toyota (she talked me into getting one) and plan on getting even more in the future, they just work, plain and simple. Excellent for me to go to town with on my Presa TC 75 running in Power mode, I did it today for when I went to my Dr's. PerrrFectomundo !!!:thumbs::thumb: (5 thumbs up on this one)

Ya ya sisterhood (ok, bro'hood, too) on the Toyota! They've been besties now for awhile.

I was hoping to like the Nectar as it seems similar, but for some reason, it's just not checking boxes with my psyche. I haven't even removed it from it's little round box. I'm not sure I ever will, and I have no idea why.

I'm pretty sure you are not correct due to the fact that I have had to take Nyquil for a significant period time and it became progressively more difficult to choke it down - where just thinking about tasting it made me nauseous.

You'd really like "Pink Pepto Bismol" then, go ahead, admit it.

Never! Believe me, caffeine is still a part of my life, just not hundreds of milligrams at a time like before when I was hooked on Rockstars (Red Bulls are a taste I was never able to acquire)

When I was in my teen's, I worked at my Dad's Gas Station, and he would have sales on Pepsi, 4 quarts (the days before Liters) for a $1. I would buy 4 quarts and have them consumed before my shift was over, and I'm talk'in about an 8 hour shift. To say I lived my early life at 30,000 Feet was no stretch of the imagination.

This weeks vape mail.

The mod I won from HC

Great score and prize.....

I got 5 subtank mini kits from Healthcabin for 7 bucks each, a few hitters for under 10 bucks each and a bunch of black subtank bases for buck fifty each. Too bad the subtanks are white but the RBA alone is worth the free tank. I do say I scored with the discounts. I did notice the RBA's are the newer version with smaller holes(dunno why kanger thought a smaller hole would be better) but I drilled them all out and they work great. I first won 12 spools of assorted SS and clapton geekvape wire, 4 packages of wonky coils that are too fat for my attys and a couple cases of premade clapton coils. I also won a Yosta 160 box also that my wife took possession of. I did make a 2nd order of more clearance hitters before the 20% sale was over so my backstock is enough to last a while.

I'm actually a fan of the nectar. Flavor is excellent. I did however accidentally plug the wrong hole and warp the plug with heat.. oops. And no spare for that I don't think. At least I can't find mine. Anyway it's a good device. Try it.

I'm with you on the 18650 "issue", and I think he stopped using the DNA chips after the 30s (but I'm not certain of that). I know those chips were his nemesis (from what I recall, at least).

What was the problem, was it the reverse polarity issue that the DNA 30 had that gave him grief ??

I just read my previous post.....forget the caffeine drinks, I'll need some testosterone, I'm drowning in the estrogen sea.

I hear that I do. With my wife and 4 daughters (and I love them all dearly), I got a grip on you're lip. I hear you loud and clear on that.:thumb:

The 30s had an unusually high failure rate, and he was "displeased" (mildly, cough) with what he assessed as less than stellar support from (the manufacturer).

I wasn't there so I'm simply recapping the presentation. I've no idea what transpired behind the scenes.

Ah Yes, the support issue. Even PBusardo was less than impressed with that, as I remember. What kept me from buying was the fact that if one would put their battery in upside down (accidentally) then they would fry the board. That kept me on the side lines, though I have only done that once myself in all the time I have been vaping, it only takes once with the older boards like that.

Fwiw an unsolicited opinion.
A lot of rda are not good for mtl use. Even if they're bottom air flow the holes are massive and the chuff caps are garbage. So it may take some trial and error to find something you like. Unfortunately as with sub ohm tanks you can't just build higher and expect a good vape. The design has to be right.

I've found a Couple rda hat work well for we TP

Origen little 16
Mark bugs chalice line up to v3
Noname notoy

If you end up liking dripping you may want to check out the squonker route! All the dripping with half the work !

Here's a rda build I love for mtl

mtl dripper build - flavor monster.
2.25mm | 6 or 7 wraps spaced coil | 28ss/36ss Clapton wire from lightening vapes.
Thanks for your info, I'm probably more likely to down the rta route but I will be trying an rda at some point. Just not sure it'll be for me.
