Coils I bought from the Sam peal England as the tank they were under $5 a pack but shipping is slow. I'll see if I coma dig up the link for you again.

no "tank cracking juice" for us in this tank

This is my first time playing around with an acrylic tank. What exactly happens? How long does it take and what kind of damage does the acrylic show?

RS, I did hear from someone who had been using their Doggy for about 4 months and the threads on their tank went belly up... So 2 things out of that IMO, be gentle when threading on the base and get a good supply of those cheap replacement tanks on FT.

Always a good idea, and I could definitely see these threads taking damage.

I died. I just died right there. My husband takes "fairy puffs" but if I ever said that to him he'd probably stop vaping.

You can easily rebuild this coil vertically, I did it in about 2 minutes (although I used a 2ø coil the first time, which meant I couldn't get enough air through it and went back to a 3ø coil) although the very outer layer of cotton would appear to be very difficult to replace ... I didn't try to, I just replaced the cotton that you wrap around the coil.

I've never successfully rebuilt a stock coil. I played around with it while waiting for my first rta to arrive but I wasn't determined to make it work. Maybe I'll have to give that a go again.

I cringe every time I see someone walk isn't a vape shop and say they want to quit smoking and the first recommendation is a smok alien kit or similar.

I was lucky enough that subohm worked for me. I ended up here in tootle land helping my husband find something that works for him (see above reference to "fairy puff"). I would rather someone trying to quit smoking start out slow and then if they WANT cloudz bro move up from there. I know I'm neither the youngest or the oldest person here but I speak as an older mom-type lady, I don't want or need gigantic plumes, what I currently exhale was more than with smoking and I think cloudz bro can turn some people like me off of vaping.

From what I read, cinnamon and citrus(?) will cause cracks in the plastic tanks. I don't normally vape juices with this profile so that's the extent of my knowledge but hopefully someone else could expand on it!

I couldn't handle airflow when I started and still can't. Too much damage.

So, are 2ml tanks all the new rage, or are you all just looking out for our TPD'd friends across the pond?

The French (bless 'em) managed to translate the 2ml capacity differently so that it covers only disposable electronic cigarettes or single use cartridges. Larger tanks are therefore still available here ! Explanation here.

Strawberry has also been a tank melter for me. I can't recall other berry flavors having that reaction, but it has been some time since I vaped any fruit flavors.

Juice and I think the juice was cinnamon based. Interesting info. I wonder how much flavor there has to be for it to be an issue. I'm vaping a peanut butter banana chocolate custard (sounds disgusting but it's awesome) right now without issue.

Also on the juice front. I ordered a few new juices to try

Not all banana, but TFA Ripe Banana is a known tank cracker, not 100% sure which other ones might be an issue. TFA has another banana that isn't a tank cracker, so some are safe.

The facts though are that mtl is how people smoke. So it's familiar. And higher nicotine than 3 mg is going to satisfy nicotine cravings much more. So yes. Mtl and higher mg for smokers is a much better choice. At least that's my thinking. Obviously we disagree. Which is fine. But I'll continue to try and get people off analogs with mtl and high mg. And scoff when first time quitters are pushed towards DL cloud kits.

Mtl got me off smokes when I got off them for sure! But it's not for everyone, they should have both options readily available to them. I actually like a mixture of both, I do think mtl is a good way to replicate smoking but not every vaper sticks to this...

I use a KFL+ v2 most of the time i vape.

I would rather vape the Silverplay Nano because of better flavor. But no spare parts.

Would like spare bases, cchimneys, and bell caps.

On my little Kompact Kayfun i use the short 25 mm tall bell cap holding 2,5 ml.

I had a kayfun lite & kayfun mini v3 arrive at the weekend cos I was getting told the v3 is more airy an the lite a tighter draw & wanted to compare. I got round to building them last night an I gotta say I'm really impressed!
