Sounds interesting ! I like that there's no danger of permanent "damage" if I do it...good to know I can revert back, if necessary!

It took me a while and some Russian spoken youtube vid that I watched what he was doing in his comp screen too figure out that I had to install a .bin file first. I installed, changed reverted my istick software to different versions more times than I want to say, enough to have me scared that I was going to brick the istick one of these times. I just couldn't get the AF to recognize the istick, once I installed the .bin file first to override the stock IStick software it was clear sailing after..

ArcticFox 170603

click the 170603 under the big fox and I assume that is the bin file you need and the NFE tools you'll need to launch the "NToolbox" thats inside after you open the zip and on the bottom you'll see firmware updater to install the bin file with and adjust the settings through that application.

I'm pretty sure I got all that right and if not someone can correct me.

:2c: so some thoughts about what "I" look for in a battery charger...

-charge more than Li-Ion - does Ni Cad also
-a power block - they make some that you can install a battery, hook up a USB and charge another device (could be handy)
-Car hook up - you can use it in your car (12v)
-selectable high output - you choose charge rate (.5A/1.0A/2.0A/3.0A)

these are the ones I have;

- Nitecore SC2 SUPERB
- Xtar VC2 Plus Master
- NITECORE Intellicharger i4
- Xtar SP1

It is my main mod now! With a STM on it, I've found my unicorn vape! As soon as possible, I'll be buying more!

This is what I'm talking about [emoji4]

    Installing ArcticFox into your hitter..
Be sure your hitter is compatible to take the AF firmware
-go find the factory firmware for your particular hitter, download and save to your comp for just incase and good to have
-download and save both the 17603 bin file and the NFE toolbox onto your comp, inside your documents so it doesn't have to be moved again.
-unzip the toolbox and there's a bunch of files inside. I put the .bin file into the folder also for ease to find and keep all the AF stuff together, the factory firmware and the original zip too.
-be sure your hitter is plugged into the comp with a cord that is able to move data(some don't), not sure about the stock cords but it should.
-find the NToolbox application file in the unzipped folder then right click... "send to desktop" as a shortcut.
-click the NToolbox shortcut and the NToolbox pops up.
-go to firmware update on the bottom.
    -"update from file"
-click it then navigate to where the .bin file is.
-click .bin file then watch it upload onto the hitter.
-Then click into "AF Configuration" and it should read your hitter on the top and if it doesn't then something went wrong...retry
-inside the config, after you change settings you "Upload Settings" onto your hitter.

"Device Monitor" is real time stats of what your hitter is as you take a puff..nifty to watch to see

There is forums for the AF so go have a read to find out what some of the settings mean and just a general education of the ArcticFox.
The NFE toolbox is a standalone program that doesn't install onto your comp so if you move the folder after you already shortcut the application onto your desktop then you might have to re-shortcut it again.

boy have I got a mod for you... View attachment 670245 eVic Primo Mini

a TEARDROP shape,, all roundy and smooth, full of the latest features, light, it is made to be able to fit a 25mm, but feels WAY smaller...

So you like this one, Puf?

very cool Chelly - I think it is just simply the best  (I gotts many of them now)

so you getting any run out of your TC60W ???
between these two I got about, well lets say a lot of mods...  :D

    It's OK, ya?

... Well, I'm not from France, but I meet the other criteria...

    LMAOOOOO!!!!!!!!!

Oh, the sponsor of the contest I won wants me to write a review for my new eVic Primo mini. What kind of info do people usually like to hear for a review? I don't really feel qualified to give a review, but since it was free and they asked, I'll oblige

SOMEONE here has to have a decent handle on that mod. Lemme think...

I get the impression that XTAR makes better chargers than nitecore

I had "less than pleasant" experiences with two of the latter company's products, and am now solely in the former's camp. To be honest, I wasn't even willing to sell the two that I had, so I threw them away.

That is NOT a mass indication, simply one person's opinion.

    Are you selling liquid tho???

    O.k. I *MAKE* liquid, but I don't sell it ;)

    :ohmy::laugh:

Did you mean it with a T in Toughe', or a D?

    GMTA

    Ok, I'm ready.

    Step One:

    "Uninstall..." ;)

    T for Texas!
I'm in a funk right now. I have a bunch of juice and none of it is doing it for me. It's also mostly 6mg and I've decided to step back to 12 as I was vaping way too much and not feeling satisfied for nicotine or throat hit.

Hey @h00ligan, have you got a good tobacco or NET in your rotation? Maybe a good one at 12mg will be just the ticket.

Compare it to your other mods - I know you have a bunch. You are eminently qualified.
The way i write reviews is go through the manual and list the features and then tell what you like about the item and lastly list how the item could be improved
