I flip through Netflix looking for a movie to watch, 20 minutes later find something that well.....sound ok, begin to watch then think gezzzzz some paid to watch this in a theater. Our last theater trip was just over a hundred bucks for 3 of us to watch chipmunks movie, have popcorn and drinks, the last time for a long time goin back to a theater. I know Canadian netflix is much crappier than US netflix but my oldest son has the account, he pays and we use one of the devices. Having unlimited internet also makes marathon series watching enjoyable. There is lots of mighty crappy movies out there makes you think that Hollywood just pumps them out without really watching them first.....lol

I waited almost 3 months for a FT order to get delivered. It did finally show up last week of battery wraps and insulators that I've been in dire need of for quite a while, had 5 batts out of commission for torn wrap. Never-the-less.... its as slick as snot too wrap a battery and well spent money. I waited all that time for 15 minutes of fun, revamped a old hairdryer with a vacuum crevice tool for more direct flow as I was waiting for the order. IMO even though you may not need them yet but getting wraps to have inhand along with insulators that have a sticky side is a great investment. The Samsung and LG batts that the insulator was loose in place, they blow out and shrink off center were a super hot hassle that I ended up using the sticky insulators instead. The Efest insulators are stuck in place. Going to make another order for some transparent wraps to make my own custom inserts, a few other wrap colors and insulators for button tops. I'm now waiting for a battery to have the slightest mark on it.......shrink time.;)

Where did you get the insulators.

Thanks. I really do need some needles a bit larger than the 14 gauge I have. Pulling vg from the bottle(using a syringe and blunt needle for measuring and transferring to smaller neck bottles) is a pita and sometimes the vacuum it creates is getting too much for my hands. This is why I like the larger openings on my fill bottles. Using larger necked bottles eliminates having to use the needle portion as I just put one of the luer caps end pieces( I call them stoppers) on the end of the syringe and measure and pour. Can't really just measure and pour into those smaller openings.

:)

No, I just haven't needed to. I'm lazy and use the pass through charging port instead of removing my batteries every time and putting them in a separate charger . They just don't get much abuse!

Oh! So, let me get this straight, you are adventurous enough to start inhaling things into your lungs (atomized PG/VG) but you are not adventurous enough to skin batteries? Now I am really bewildered..... (I usually am) ... Oh well, I will remain confused  .....

yeah I understand about "pass through" but maybe they should have named it "pass out" because you don't really know what's going on with your battery condition :w00t:

Where did you get the insulators.

Fasttech..... white ones and the black ones. I got a few of these finned adapters (black and colored) also to slow down my 510 hitter threads from wearing out from atty removal to fill. They look good and the 22mm fit the subtank mini just dandy.

Someone can correct me if this is wrong....
I read that in some hitters(don't know which ones) that the charge port doesn't shut off and runs the risk of overcharging the battery thus shortening their life span, so if the battery is overly warm too hot then I would reconsider using the port to charge.
I only use the charge port in situations that I have no other alternative but to use it.

I kinda dump'd the whole small bottle deal and now-a-days mostly just use these with the bigger 120ml / 250ml bottles - etc...

I have a fairly small plastic funnel that I've carried around throughout my married life (which is a long time!) and I don't remember where I got it or why but it wasn't until I took up vaping 3½ years ago that it proved to be of any use to me at all :D Now of course I wouldn't be without it.

Re-wrapping batteries is something I haven't had to do yet...

Me neither...but the time will come,I've got a few batts where the insulator tube by the bottom is loosening up. :)

Almost the same here,I've got a tiny funnel that came in a set (small to large). At the time I thought I'll never use this for anything,it's way tooo small,so to the back of the kitchen cupboard it went.Fast forward a bunch of years...I take up vaping...I start to make, blend, dilute different juices...I hunt down and find that old small funnel, wash the dust off and been using it quite regularly.

The same thing happened with a small (120ml) plastic measuring cup/beaker I've got.

OK, these responses are a little late, but...real life got in the way of me getting back to them earlier:

I don't know if this is relevant, but I have ordered stuff off eBay and when I got the package it was from Amazon. I think it is just people having the item drop shipped from Amazon. Do you order on eBay? Just throwing out ideas here.

I do order from eBay, but have never ordered something that was fulfilled by Amazon. Also...this order was placed actually ON Amazon.com by the woman whose name, city, and state I was given. She physically entered my full name and mailing addy at Checkout.

Now the parcel. Is it possible you put those items in your wish list and a friend or family member bought them for you?

Last thing Amazon soneyimes sends items to customers. I still have a French Press, Coffee Cup, and baseball cap Amazon sent to me.

Nope, neither of those is a possibility. I know who actually ordered and paid for them, then entered my info in the shipping section during Checkout. But thanks for suggesting the possibilities.

Well that's suitably creepy. Do you have their contact information? You could call with your caller ID disabled and ask why, or set up a temporary email address and ask that way. I'd be extremely curious to see what the response back would be. At least that way you can show her you know as much about her as she does about you.

Yep! Definitely creepy! I have only her name, city, and state, and searches don't pull up any one person that matches all 3 of those in combination. Thanks for the idea though!

I'm no expert but my guess is you were picked completely at random in some fashion, as a test to see if she could get things shipped to a different address than the one Amazon had on file connected to her.
Assuming your name and address is in the phone book anyway.
Here is my best guess, the woman who supposedly paid for the items didn't actually do so. Someone stole her account info. So, they look up a semi random name (especially if your first and last name are somewhat common) and have some small item shipped to that person, and they track the order. If all goes as expected, they then place a larger order using this woman's credit and have it shipped to themself.

First, my name and addy haven't been in any phone book or listing since before 2010. Just my first name initial only and last name were in a 2011 phone book.

With my first name, middle initial, and especially my last name being what they are...there's probably a 0% chance it was picked at random. They're not common at all.

Also, the person who placed the order signed in on Amazon.com, completed Checkout, and paid for it using a CC... all using the same name. So I don't think it's someone who's using someone else's CC.

I agree with @kad2371. That's standard con artist procedure from what a cop friend told me and have since read about. You start with something small and if it goes through and no red flags are raised you go for the big fish.

I would ask Amazon to contact that lady and alert her.

That's usual, from what I've heard, too, IF they have someone else's CC and have a smaller item sent to their own addy, a PO Box, or even a friend. But...she had the items sent to me...someone who has never heard of her and has no idea how she even got my full name and address. So...it's still a mystery that's not solved.

    :)

As for the needle tip jugs, they are garbage. They look and sound real good but lack practicality, they are super slow to fill anything no matter how hard you squeeze. They too are in a drawer, chalked up as wasted money and not used.
I got a bunch of those yorker caps I think they are called, cut some off the end and they make great funnels, much faster than those mini funnels(got them too) to fill jugs. I bought them to use with the Yaeliq 100ml bottles but don't buy juice nor put juice into big plastic bottles to warrant the caps anymore. Just bend a pin, drape it into the jug then the funnel, it makes a space for the displaced air to escape so you don't create a airlock and make a mess.
