Yup. I swear I didn't use to see it there. Maybe they gave it to me because I had gotten gift certificates already in other ways. I don't know.Not everyone has that option. And the site does not tell anyone how to 'qualify' for it to be an option.
Thanks, but that link just took me to my account area that shows gc I have received by canceling orders. Does not give me an option of purchase.
With the m in your link for FT, doesn't that mean the mobile version? And yes, it can be used on a desktop.

Under your name redeem certificate and it should take you there
Using the mobile is my only way to buy a GC, and I can do it on my pc. The one time I did it I had a problem as they said "Claim Invalid gift certificate. The email on the gift certificate purchased must match your FastTech account e-mail address." I had used part of the GC, no problem, but later when I tried to use the remainder is when I had the problem.
The e-mail addresses are the same, so I don't know what the problem was, but they fixed it, and I was able to use the remainder of the GC. Haven't tried again as it was a pib.

I got the exact same error message when trying to redeem my GC from cancelled orders
Do you think it has to do with the fact I've never done a review? Or used rebate points? That is the only thing I can think of
I've never heard of anyone really knowing what it takes.
Did you try the mobile link? As I remember, that was visible for me even when I didn't have it in my menu yet.
I did say 'as I remember'. I can't swear to it. My memory tends to be a bit fuzzy.
I don't know what it is. Maybe number of reviews, number of forum posts. Screwed up system.
It doesn't show up for me and it can't be from lack of orders or money's spent.
@Katdarling - I remember that you had to do something to get the FT gift certificates setup, but I can't remember what it was.
She's the GC expert in the friendship (she does it often, or used to). I never did it myself, and instead just had her order all of our Aspire stuff. Sorry I can't be of more help, and it may be some hours before Ms. D is around.
Maybe someone will figure it out before then.
