That reminds be I need to get some spare cable for it.

What diameter do you use? I really could go in on a group buy to help hoist an air conditioning unit up to the roof.

10,000x longer than a 500' box of Sally's Rayon. So how long would a 500 ft roll last you?

3mm or 3/32" is the size required. I see they don't sell smaller than 1/8".What diameter do you use? I really could go in on a group buy to help hoist an air conditioning unit up to the roof.

The 1/8" should work at 3.18 mm if you have play in the connection.3mm or 3/32" is the size required. I see they don't sell smaller than 1/8".

If you wind it with copper it could be battery and tank 2in1

So until the nearest star turns into a red giant.

I was providing both numbers so the metric didn't have to be converted. It's like talking about temperatures in Celsius, you just get that glazed over, blank stare...Canada is a metric country, or is it....![]()

@sorrynomore - Good to see you, Boss! How are you faring?
I had to learn both metric and imperial ( I think it's called)
In the early 1960's imperial was the norm taught in school so...that's what I learned in elementary school. Then came high school in the 1970's and Canada went to metric sooo had to learn that then too...
Knowing both was handy working in a print shop.
Boss....Hmmmm I like that. Doing well thanks! Hows about you?

And Canadian gallons are slightly different than U.S. gallons
Metric *DOES* make more sense - 3 feet to a yard; 12 inches to a foot - WHUUUUUUUUT?????? 10 centimeters to a decimeter; 1000 meters to a klick. THAT's easy math.....
