This is very interesting. New Boxer mod which they sell at Ginger Vapers which should have these pretty soon for sale. It is a 26500 Dna60 and it is super tiny. I have never seen a mod using a 26500, but it looks like 3000mah is the average size them which is nice. The mod can handle a 25mm atty with no overhang but is sooo small geez look at it.

One more.... Because you just can't imagine how small this really is. Pictured next to the iCare & - boxermod

Im ok with a bottom screen. I loved my Vapor Shark it was a sweet little mod. I think this thing is much, much smaller though.

So just to update on the wife and the Nautilus X, she is really liking, so looks like was a easy search this time for me :)

The bad thing, the 1.8ohm coil I put in it last night, already bad, all of sudden she got burnt hits, but was only vaping it at 12 watts, so had to find a local vape shop that was open and sold the coils, but did find one, and cost me $4.30 for 1 coil :censored:

But she is happy again and hope it was just a bad batch of coils, as already ordered her the rainbow Nautilus X to go on her pink pico and a bunch of coils too.

One thing that concerns me, is how not many places carrying the tank and coils, know the other nautilus is very popular and nearly everyone sells it, doesn't seem the same excitement for the Naut X though.

I think part of the problem with finding coils is that the Nautilus X is very new, and the 1.8 coils came out at the end of the summer. If you haven't seen it yet, and are interested in building, there is a Quad Survivor kit for that tank the will come with a rebuildable base so that you can DIY coils, or use the other base that takes factory coils.

I would also suggest starting with low watts and slowly working up with a new coil. The X coils seem to work better if you give them more time to settle in. I usually go about 6-8 watts on mine, but that could be my choice of juice. I hated these at first, but once I figured out the quirks, it is my favorite tank set. I got several Quad kits to be my vapocalypse stash, and just try to get several packs of coils each time I order since I'm not quite ready to try building coils.

@Shawn Hoefer, you are a wicked wicked enabler!:-xI couldn't get that tiny Mi One out of my head. Even though it will eventually become a paper weight! So damn cute and tiny. With the nominal price through FT, couldn't resist. :wub:Obviously I'm pulling your leg, I really am grateful you posted the pic. I just need to carefully watch your posts, maybe one eye closed.;) :thumb:

So the 3/8" o rings from the hardware store are working on your protank mini? I'm in need of new ones for mine

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My MISTAKE the O rings are 1/2 inch (I just measured to make sure).I had gone to the hardware store with my pt mini in hand and the sales person and I kept trying different rings til one fit.

The 1/2 inch thin ones fit and are working.

I don't know why 3/8 inch kept sticking in my head (I'm getting old).

I use a 50/50 pg,vg juice in my rebuilt pt minis all the time.

I think this is a really cool looking little device. I may need to get one of these.

Kanger TOGO Mini All In One Starter Kit | Vape Kits
I've wanted a DNA devce since they came out, for the escrib research features, but held off because I couldn't use 18650's and/or because they aren't friendly to my higher ohm builds. The DNA60 seems to address those issues. Now it's down to form factor. My favorite Mod is the Pico because it's the smallest temp control mod that carries a replacable 18650 and accomodates my rda with a silicone slip ring. i don't expect the dna60 to show up in anything that small. I'm a little conerned about whether there are enough tootle puffers to buy this board. May be it can it go in boxes already used for the DNA75 so the manufacturers could offer it without significant expense.

P.S. Fasttech sells many sizes of standard orings in several thicknesses and the relevent diameters in 1mm increments. Typically a 20 pack of one size is a dollarish. i spent about $15 and got a size run of the ones i might use to adjust the fit of the barrel to the deck on my rda's.

As in Kanger PT2 mini? Yes, the seals for the glass are the same, top and bottom. V1, iirc, only the bottom came off. (Well, if the top came off, the base became a spare part ;) )

Gotcha. I knew the PT minis I had were V2 but never knew what a V1 was.

I'm still not sure about the seals. The minis I just bought did have different seals top and bottom. They were square rather than round rings, and the one at the top was thinner than the one at the bottom. I've found 2 vendors now who sell them separately and mention the difference in size. However most vendors put them out as a single size, and they are round cross section rather than square. I'm assuming it doesn't matter, so I just bought some from Ebay. The guy has 99.5% approval rating for his stuff and he's sold a lot of them. Sometimes you just have to trust that people know what they are talking about even if you don't get it.

@englishmick, have you tried LightningVapes for PT parts?

I just took a look. They have lots of PT stuff but not o-rings. I got all my PT head parts there when I was stocking up, they have lots of stuff nobody else sells.

The Nautilus X my wife is using, came from the Quad kit, bought it for myself to use the rebuildable setup, but I wasn't that impressed with it, so sat in the dust pile for months, till the wife wanted a new setup, so been dug back out to use as The Naut X for her.

With the 1.8ohm coil being newer, explains why they are even harder to find, but the coil I bought the wife yesterday from the local B&M was the 1.5ohm, and she is liking that and is lasting so far, so just bought her 4 packs of them last night from madvapes, as they seemed to have the best price for a US vendor.

Mine are pretty old (as in dig them out of the stash box ;) ), so they may have made changes along the way. But yes on the rectangular cross section. I suspect that round would be fine, as long as the fit is fine as well. Although may fall out more easily when cleaning. :)
