I'm in lust with that Radius. I do not buy expensive equipment.

I am the same way normally, I have a lot of mods, but most are in the $50 range though, but I did just buy a radius/kabuki combo from the classifieds, as want something I know will more likely last, due to the FDA.

I strongly believe in the future we won't be able to buy mods with replaceable batteries , been to many people making mistakes and batteries blowing up, so think in the future we will see mods with internal batteries only, and they might not be very good.

If I am wrong, then still got a mod that will last hopefully anyway :)

    Congrats on vaperversity.

I am in love with tge Compact Kayfun in my avatar. It holds 2.5 mls, and is only 30 mm tall 22 mm wide 30 mm tall not counting drip tip and 520. Very good flavor.

You only need to get four pieces.

    Kayfun lite plus base
    Kayfun barrel
25 mm tall flat top bell cap
    A drip tip.

    Check my blog.

One entry is why i use a Kayfun.

Another has Links to FT where you can get spare parts.

The Kayfun in my Avatar is

$4.00 Kayfun lite plus V2 base
    $1.69 flat top bell cap
A barrel usually $1.76. Tempoarily sold out when gathering Links. I did find a Nano chimney and barrel for a bit over $2.

The bell cap doesnt need any chimney because tge barrel screws directly into tge bell cap. Meaning pull tge build deck snd tweak build or change wick without dumping Juice.

If yoy prefer direct lung instead of the $4 lite plus V2 base get tge $4.11 Kayfun Monster Mini V3 base.

I have both bases and can switch as vaping needs change. In two words LOVE IT!
Yup. Have five Kayfun Lites, mostly the Ehpro V2s along with a couple V1s. I had difficulty with them until I learned I was over wicking. Once I loosened up the cotton in the coil, it was excellent. Oddly, I find that even Rayon does not need to be stuffed in as tightly as it does with other attys. Bought them all on close out a few months ago for $9.99 each.

Not what i heard. I heard tgey were closing out the old tech and going forward with the radius and other new products

If that was true, then why they only have 3 types of radius left for sale, if they was going forward with the radius, then wouldn't they have the full line up still?

That's good news. Although, they seem to be low on Radius stock, too. No black ones listed on the Provape site. If they do keep going with higher end stuff, I assume that would include the Procyon as well as the Radius. Thanks for some positive news.

    between here and there
I had not heard of ReasonableVapes, so I went there to prowl. Came across a new eLeaf tank (at least new to me) that I really like. It's a 2ml RTA, kinda short and stubby. Would be nice on the Pico, I think.

Eleaf Oppo RTA (Authentic) – $20.46 - ReasonableVapes

@ToolmanTexas, I'm in lust with that Radius. I do not buy expensive equipment. The most expensive thing I bought was a few months ago when I got an Evic VTC Mini with an eGo One Mega V1 tank for $49.99. I later found the same setup on special somewhere for $29.99 and bought two more of them.

But, I have a one-year vaping anniversary coming up in about three weeks. If I am ever going to spring for a Radius, that would be the time to do it. I love the look of them, and I know the quality is top notch.
I really hadn't either until I did a google search. Thanks for the link, I will go take a peek.
    :)

eta Mike...seems like reasonable vapes is a clearing house for finding discounts not a regular vendor.
But I did find one here

Yes Kayfuns are great but thus magical 25 mm bell cap fixes most of the problems with the Kayfun.

Screw the barrel into the bell cap tightly and yoy can pull the deck without spilling the Juice, and if you want yoy can bottom fill a Kayfun without bothering about tge fill port in tge base..

As far as i am concerned that bell cap makes a Kayfun the best Kayfun ever made.

That is why we say prep while you can.

38 States are in financial distress and they want more tax money vaping has really affected tax revenues from the tobacco taxes, and the court issued payments from Big tobacco.

If you care about getting off the cancer sticks and vaping is important to you. Prep while you can.

My stocking up started November 2015. I am done but still looking for deals. My Kayfuns were $4 and most of my mods were $20 or less.

Thanks. I'll probably wind up talking myself out of it since I don't really need it. I do think it's a great looking tank, though, I like that it's a true RTA that doesn't require buying/rebuilding a stock coil. Who knows, maybe I'll talk myself into it...lol. I have a Lemo on the shelf that I never touch along with a couple other brands.

Repeating: I DON'T REALLY NEED IT. I DON'T REALLY NEED IT. (man, that thing is pretty).

Mike, I say that to myself everyday. I don't need it, I don't need it, I don't need it. I figure if I say it often enough, I'll begin to believe it. :)

Yep. Sometimes it works, oftentimes it does not.

I'm a budget shopper on vape stuff. Like I said earlier, I've only spent $50 on gear one time, and that was for a favorite mod/atty combo. Yet, I have what I consider a lifetime supply of gear, and it all works well and fulfills my needs.

I actually had to give myself a talking to this summer when I started stocking up on things. When I quit smoking last February, my main motivation was health but I also wanted to save money. The summer spending spree bothered me a bit because it didn't allow for saving very much compared to smoking. I got over it, though, by reminding myself that I was in it for the long game, and those savings would come down the road. I finally got back to even by the end of the year, and I'm already on the way to seeing those savings.

All it took was a little pep talk reminding myself that I would gladly have spent a ton of money up front if it guaranteed I could quit smoking by any means possible. Not only did I quit smoking, but from here on out, I can get by spending very little if I chose to. Now, when I buy something, it's for fun.

Got my ego 1 V2 tank with some clr coils today!!!
2 days from Colorado to Virginia is good!
    Now for the bath!

I split my costs out into Stash cost, Vaping cost and juice cost. It was making me sick otherwise. The stash cost is by far the highest. But for the next 40 years when I start into the stash which won't be for a while my vaping cost is $116.54 per year plus pg vg flavors and batteries.

If you buy one of those please come back and tell us how you like it. Particularly if it leaks or not. That's my deal-breaker. Oh, Mike you're tempting me because I really like tiny tanks!

Here is the description on Eleaf's site:
OPPO RTA - Eleaf electronic cigarette

    What date is your vapeversary?
I don't know what is going on with provape. Discontinued a lot of models and very little on the website. If there were any Radius in this country I would buy more.
They have them on their site

@MikeADore how much would you be spending if you still smoked? I bet it's a lot more than the cost of the Radius and the tank. And, since you're still a young and studly guy, you have years ahead of you that you'll probably be vaping. And with the idiotic FDA rules you may not be able to buy what you want later on, especially if non-replacables or AIOs are all we can get. And you need to reward yourself on your vapeversary.

Ok, did I give you enough reasons to get the tank and the Radius?

I look there all the time. But $400 for a radius is a bit steep for my blood.
    $169 or $179!
