Thank you :)

I do that! I thought I would be the only one who positioned it just right to make it tighter :)
Yep some bases have 1 small hole and the cyclops slot and some have 1 small hole, 1 medium hole and the cyclops slot.
The tiny hole is tight!

Speaking of kayfun, my local shop has K4 clones for 20 bucks and I have a 5 dollar credit. I may pop down there this morning and grab one. I have a V3 Mini got it a couple days ago and its a really great vape so ill try the big one out. If I do not like it I am sure I can piff it too someone trying to stop smoking or something.

If they are the Tobecco ones they are really good. I have 6 of them and they work really well. I have one from another company called Limwell I think and it's total garbage!. So if they're Tobecco I highly recommend! :2c:

Haven't tried the EhPro V4 ones but since they usually make good stuff too it might be worth a shot!
I do have a couple of EhPro Kayfun Clones and they work fine.

There's a long Kayfun 4 thread here on ECF. At first there were issues, then people figured out how it all worked. The K4 itself is a great dual coil Kayfun variant. Like any atomizer you have to take it apart and clean the remnants of machine oil or you can taste it for a while in the vape.

Most of the issues early on were due to the complexity of the build. There's lots of parts inside and it's easy to forget how they all go together if you take it down to its small components on the first clean. If you only take off the coil deck to do a soak wash and clean it's easy to reassemble. Once you get familiar with it it's easy.

Here are all the Kayfun 4 threads.

Only got 2 weeks or about 120 ml of juice out of my last wicking in my STM RBA deck.
Started to get a bit of burned flavor.
Must be that Sally Salon Coil cotton?

You using the Cotton one or the Rayon one? I've had no problem with the Rayon one although I don't get anywhere as long with it like you do. I use too many different flavors in my tanks. I usually change it after a few days to maybe a week tops.

I think we are all in search of the Holy Grail of rebuildables and other types of tanks. Add in all the newly developed VW and TC mods that make us drool and all the little toys for winding coils and the cash mounts up.

Flavor is a big deal with most of us. We don't care about clouds. We just want something that resembles our old smoke with a nice, flavorful bouquet instead of the nasty taste of burning tobacco. For me, it's mouth to lung like my old Doral Ultra lights (bought 'em cause they were cheap, low tar, and not bad for the low price). I don't want a tube I could use for snorkeling. Too much air flow and I'm turned off.
I think my search for devices is over.. I have my Hex Ohms & Kayfuns which tootle along awesomely for days without worrying about batteries. And my little Isticks are greatt for out & about. I don't like a warm vape, or too much air, either. I have a couple of juices I'm happy with. Everything else is gravy.

Don't know why, but I got the white. I have nothing that goes with it!

I'll do that, thanks! Let you know after I return from work.
White goes with everything! Vapor Range sells out of the stainless & black quickly, but they've been restocking them.

I use the cotton. Not unbleached nor organic but 100% US cotton.

I have been using a .75 coil in an Istick Basic GS Air2 tank for almost 2 months. About 6 ml/day thru it.
The Istick Basic is a terrific out and about device. Pretty much break proof and a small pocket size.
I have trouble believing how much vapor those little GS Air coils produce and how long they last.

Have a black mod? White looks good on that :)

Well, yes I do! That's where it will go, thanks. Which of the all the versions and variations do you prefer? I know you and Kenna have talked about them before, and of course I wasn't ready then, lol.
I'm getting ready to try and coil this thing.

DEF: Tootle
go or travel in a leisurely way:
"they were tootling along the coast"

I guess that's as opposed to creating clouds like a rock star on stage with a row of fog machines under the lights. "LOOK AT ME!"

Spinfuel has an article on their site that praises DTL vaping.

In the Comments section I wrote...

After LOVING smoking for 40 years…I immediately (and completely) switched to vaping after getting a MTL “Starter Kit”. This interesting article appears to say that if I bought a Sub-Ohm Tank (and switched to DTL vaping) I’d then be able to 1) at least double my ejuice consumption, 2) at least double the rate of discharge of my Mod’s battery and 3) blow large clouds to disturb other customers when I’m in a restaurant, fog up my car’s interior when I’m driving and annoy those I’m sitting with on the couch while watching TV. None of those alternatives seem to be attractive (to me).
