Yes, thanks Andria... NASTY bladder infection. They'd talked about irrigating, but she's such a hard stick, that would have been traumatic. That's good news; I was wondering if they let her out, or incarcerated her (anyone who thinks I'm kidding has never actually been admitted to a hospital!). She doing ok?

Some antibiotics and a couple other "lovlies".... Just a pisser. She felt like she was fighting a cold the past few days, but the tide turned this morning.... Yeah, "incarceration" sux. Glad we didn't have to go there today....
@Kim B. - what part of St. Lou? I lived in Hazelwood and Maryland Heights for a few years (waaaaaay long time ago)
South county area.
Yeah I thought for the longest that I had the flu... but I finally realized, the flu doesn't last 5 weeks without any sign of getting better, so it must be time for (gasp!) a doctor. Thank goodness they do everything in-house, including their billing, so they're quite patient with my small payments. *sigh* I took enough cash with me for the office visit part, but I knew there would be more, with the different tests the doc would insist on. And even though none of those tests showed any health problems, it's nice to actually *know* that, which I wouldn't have, without the tests, so I guess it's worth it. Next week at the follow-up I'll get the results of the labwork.

Moved back to Indiana 25 years ago (ZOMG - that sounds like a lifetime ago - which, it was) I miss St. Lou. Such an amazing place..... I miss Ted Drewes.....
I re-build them with res-no res wires from stormys vapor cellar. Never stopped using the PT2's since switching over from the t3 clearo's, still like them with the aero bases...Enaud, I do recoil the PT's at 1.5 to 2.0 ohms with 30 gauge Kanthal and rewick with Sally's Beauty Supply cellu cotton, so I don't have to depend on factory coils. It's really "groovy" though (Ha!) having these other alternatives.....Rock on!![]()
Kayfun mini!Really what I'm looking for is an affordable smallish RTA with a non glass tank.
Something that can fall out of the truck when I get out with few worries

I hear ya, hubby and I do have insurance, but he's been having to go for treatments for macular degeneration and will have to have laser surgery done too. The deductibles and co-pays are killing us.
I hope you get to feeling better @AndriaD - that's gotta suck.I guess I've been lucky - especially since I've quit smoking. A cold only lasts for a couple of days and doesn't launch into bronchitis. I don't have a regular doc, so I dread the thought of anything serious....
Get better, hon!
Now I'm really confused and struggling to find what's right for me. First I thought the cool fire 4 and nautilus mini was what I should go for. But then people begin recommending other tanks, I take a look at them. They also look good, but have other pros and cons than the other. It's not easy![]()
Yes, I'm sure about the kool fire IV, heard many great things about it and checked out a lot of reviews. The CoolFire4 is a great mod. I've got some pretty high-end stuff, but I've also got two CFIV's stuck right in the middle. And I use them daily. Lightweight, small enough for a pocket, and they perform marvelously well.
I use the full size Nauti's, just for the capacity, but the minis are identical. Personally, I love that combo. But vaping IS a personal thing, so just because I love it doesn't mean someone else will.
But would I recommend those two things? Absolutely. Probably first recommendation actually.
