I have the tubes , but now I need the caps, and just caps, anyone know where I can find them ??

that's one option for pre-fabbed caps. there might be others but i am not aware of any. perhaps someone else will chime in. kinda curious myself.

tubes are cheap, but good caps that don't leak, that i can't make myself aren't. some of the seemingly pricier units are really worth every penny. so don't forget to check them out.

edit: NOT implying map caps are cheap and leak (they're not and they don't) just supporting the higher price of some tanks if that's the way you want to go. hope that makes sense.

well, I don't think that a ce2 tank uses/requires different caps than a carto tank (it's a GUMMY TANK). there WOULD be a difference in metal ce2's vs the clear tubes. i think MAP's use a metal tube. be warned, an ever so slight difference in diameter makes a big difference in leaking or not.

couldn't tell ya anything about liquinator style caps. i only know it by name and haven't owned one.

it's long but worth your time if some simple DIY might work instead. You said you had the tube part so perhaps you could be creative with the cap choice and post your results. just a thought.

another edit: metal tube for the ce2 not the tank. that may have been obvious but who knows. outta use that 'preview post' button more often!

There is a difference,carto's(the regular type)won't fit the map tank top or bottom(at least mine won't).They may have that type(liquinator,but I'm pretty sure they won't be called liquinator),I can't say.Hope you find 'em

Get 2 20ml syringes,take the rubber piece off the plunger,use a old 510 atomiser or carto to punch a hole in the center of both,cut off the end of 1 of the 20ml syringes,cut it to about 1-1.5 inch long.the plungers make a good seal on the carto and tube.mine don't leak.I have 4
liquinators,I was looking at them and thought"this will work",it does!

EDIT......This may be the same as a gummy tank,I don't know.
It has a 1.7ohm resurrector carto in it,thats why its so long
