I'm new to vaping I've noticed that some of you recommend vendors that you consider high quality. In your opinion list your top five vendors known for there quality.

Hi, Michael....in addition to any responses you get, you might want to spend some time in the following sub-forums. You'll find threads that discuss people's favorites. As with the flavors themselves, you'll find that people's preference for vendors varies a lot. But - you'll begin to see which ones get mentioned a lot.
