What has been done about the topside firmware issue?
Have the leaking issues been resolved?
How are the "bricked" device claims being handled?
Have the second bottles been added to the packaging or are they still an after thought?

Hi Izan,

About the firmware issue, we already posted a new method on how to upgrade the firmware,
And we learned that there are bad batches of Squonk Bottles, and send out new ones to all the
bottles that has problems. Bricked devices are all replaced with a new one, and being handled
by Dovpo representatives. And the bottles for the Topside Single 90w is still separated from the
packaging it self.
