TopTank getting hot with ceramic coils

I'm using the kbox mini with a 3.7v 18650 battery and the Toptank. I just got some ceramic coils as the new circle coils produce a lot of dry hits. I've been using the ceramic coil for about an hour and I'm noticing it makes the tank much hotter than the OCC coils. I am running at 40w instead of 30-35 that I was OCC. Is this normal/safe? It is significantly hotter than before with just a 5-10w difference. I hope it's okay, the flavor is great and I haven't had a dry hit yet.

Its normal.

My cerabis ceramic subohm tank gets hot ALOT faster than my RTAs that uses traditional cotton wick and wire. Been using the cerabis for 2 weeks now, daily, no issues other than the hotness...no pun intended.

I'm running mine between 45 and 60.. the most I've ever used for any Kanger premade coil. I'm also noticing more vapor initially then their Claptons.

But yes, they definitely get hotter than any other SSOCC or OCC I've ever used.
