totally wicked cust serivce?

Hi was wondering if someone could help me who have ordered from totally wicked.My battery fully charges and only lasts for around 10-15 mins and was wondering what their customer service was like?

They replaced a DOA atomizer for me with no problem. I stopped ordering because they seem to be more pricey than other suppliers.
